this is the worst app. and they charged me extra money for a rider mistake. he didn't call me, didn't answer my call, location also not shown, he made me wait for 10 minutes. after that I cancelled and booked another ride so that they charged me. I asked them what my issue was and they didn't answer me. The mistake is not mine but I lost my money for the rider's irresponsible behaviour. I'm installing the app.

there is a big issue of meter charges on taxi booking in pune city. when you book a cab it shows some amount but as driver arrives they says we have to pay amount as per some other apps which shows higher amount... otherwise they refuse. even if u raise issue to rapido there is no change. it's a harassment to customer. Rapido should clearly help in this but they don't.

everything is good, it's just the map doesn't show my exact drop location and that confuses the drivers and another recent issue was it was showing the price inclusive of toll and when we reached the destination the driver started fighting with me because he took the ride because the amount was showing hire but when the ride was completed the toll amount was deducted from the total. This happened twice.

There is zero customer care service. No one is there to resolve your issue.Earlier it was good but now it started charging more just because the driver took an alternate route which completely depend on the driver . It shows less amount when you book the ride but when you reach the destination the charges increase and you have to pay more than what you booked it for . The customer care service is also not good at all .

I used Rapido for most of my daily commutes. I had waited a long time for a captain to accept my ride.One captain showed up,but negotiated the fare.Even though I was ready to pay the extra amount, There's no option in Rapido app to add an additional amount to the fare (at my own will).I had to cancel the ride because, I needed a proper invoice to claim reimbursement. Suggestion: Add an option to enable the rider to add extra amount as fare at his own will

Worst customer service..They are not responding to issue. I have been waiting for more than an hour for response from Rapido customer support but no response. I booked a parcel and it is not delivered. Driver Location is not getting updated, he is not responding to my calls and messages. When I reached rapido for help, the same thing happened. They are also not responding. Terrible Experience. The Parcel I have booked is picked but not delivered, It's been 2 hours. Driver is not traceable.

Recently the app got an update and it became worse, the fare got increased and so the waiting times. I dont know why you kept the tip option as soon as I book a ride, it would be fine if the option of giving additional tip is added after waiting some time, but now it comes as soon as we book the ride. Because of this the captains are not accepting the rides and awaiting for the fare to be increased. Please fix this and make it normal as before .

Disappointing experience with this cab booking app. I've had trouble finding a cab or ride on time, and the fares keep increasing. The app always shows 'no cabs available' or 'long wait times', even during peak hours. The surge pricing is frustrating, and it feels like the fares are always higher than expected. Needs improvement in terms of availability and fare transparency.

Recently, I noticed that Rapido fares have become quite high, and many captains are not accepting rides unless additional tips are added. In several cases, even after adding a tip, rides are still not getting confirmed. Captains are often requesting extra tips, which feels unreasonable. During emergencies, this becomes even more challenging, as the fare charged does not seem justified for the distance traveled. There appears to be a mismatch between the distance and the fare being charged.

I have been a regular user of Rapido for a long time. Earlier I felt the app was really helpful and economical, but now it seems more focused on business. Rapido started with the idea of providing a cheaper option compared to autos, but these days the fares are much higher. For just 2 to 2.5 km, being charged ₹60–65 feels unreasonable, as I can easily travel the same distance in an auto more safely for a similar or even lesser price.

i used to like rapido, a decent option for travel, these days the company thinks the customer us really dumb, whenever you book from the app, the booking takes the longesr, they keep pushing to add more tip, and the moment you add tip the drivers line up. i dont think the app actually connects to the drivers the moment you start booking,.... really dissatisfied with the whole approach.

I have noticed always when I am booking any cabs no rider is accepting the ride and finally I have to cancel all the time. Such a waste of time. It always happens with cab bookings. This is the third time I have experienced this. Very very disappointed. It's better you take out cab booking feature from your app

Scam app. They made me pay 200 rupees in my "rapido wallet" just to find out you cannot actually use the money for rides and you can't get it back. So... theft, basically. They will point out that the fine print clearly states that money in your Rapido wallet is basically useless, but hey, still a scam. If you want to take a ride you have to pay cash, but what's the point of an app if you still have to haggle and fight with an auto driver?

Worst experience with this app, drivers will cancel on you anytime when you are getting late. They have the worst feature in the word, the time that starts when riders says he's at the location, but actually he is far from the location and that too with different number plate...the time that has been started will be consumed while contacting the drive(which he will not pick up) and searching for him everywhere. And you have to pay extra even when it's not your fault. Support is useless.

I have never seen such a ridiculous app, my rider took someone else from my location and did not even cancel my ride, not picked anycof my calls. Also drivers parking somewhere else or marking arrived so that the wait time is over is another problem. My location was clearly different from where my driver arrived and still refused. It's really a necessity for using this app if you're working but very bad management can't even report such drivers and no one's responsible for such things

I thought I could give this app a second go after a horrendous first experience with scam drivers. But, this time 2 drivers called me to know what fare was displayed to me and then proceeded to cancel 15 minutes into me waiting for them. They didn't even cancel immediately. I had been searching for cabs/auto for half and hour while I could've resorted to othet apps. PS. Today my father had a same experience. 2 drivers called, asked how much the fare was, and cancelled after promising to come.

Rapido App Feedback: The chatbot lacks an option to report incorrect tolls. The message box doesn’t expand, hiding longer text behind the send icon. It also doesn’t support standard copy-paste, only clipboard pasting. The attachment icon is non-functional—either fix or remove it. Lastly, tolls are charged based on proximity, not the actual route, requiring post-ride refunds via the bot.

I'm really disappointed with the Rapido Auto service lately. I’ve been trying to book an auto for over an hour, but none of the drivers are accepting the rides. It seems like unless I add an extra tip, no one is willing to take the booking. This is extremely frustrating and defeats the whole purpose of using the app. What’s the point of showing available autos if they never accept the ride? Honestly, it has become a worst experience and feels like a waste of time now.

I had a terrible experience yesterday. After completing my first auto ride and making the payment, the app kept showing that the ride was still in progress. Even after restarting my phone twice, the issue persisted for about 15 minutes. We tried booking from another phone, but no drivers accepted. Later, without us realizing, a booking went through. When I tried again from my phone, it also booked—resulting in two drivers arriving at the same time.
