Rappi's policy, for when you order something but you don't receive any of the products you paid for, is to give you 10% of your money back automatically. When you ask for a full reimbursement from the help assistant, they share their policy is that once any amount of money is refunded, they are no longer able to refund any more. This has happened to me at least 3 times now. It seems like a business strategy at this point. They're gonna say use the "help" button to pretend they care 👇

Must be recent lately, but the app keeps canceling my orders and logging me out due to security concerns. I keep having to 2 Factor authenticate through Text and Email. It takes several attempts of logging back in to process my order. I haven't had this issue in the past couple of years using the app. American using my credit card. Very frustrating and I can't use the Help Center, nothing happens.
This app started out great. You put your credit information in and order. BUT, after a few orders your credit card gets DENIED and your orders CANCELLED? I had to place 3 different credit cards in this app to get just one to work? There reasoning is ridiculous. Card verification? Duhhh, I'm traveling overseas, my cards all have security checks. Why make it difficult for travelers to use with card verification? And, they never sent the verification to my cards so you're stuck?
Tricked me. They canceled my order 3 times, so I just used another app, 40 minutes later, my order ended up still being delivered and I ended up with two orders from two different apps. Why continue to place the order. Just cancel it and leave it canceled. Since I can't reply to their sorry reply, I did just that. 17 hours later, still no reply from their "help chat"
I use rappi when I'm in Colombia, and the service is extremely questionable. I have often been given the wrong order. You can select for the delivery to have change for your order and very often they do not have the correct change for you. If you are in Colombia and use Rappi. Be very very wary. Support is also unhelpful and very slow to respond. The Drivers are crooks the App is slow and unhelpful.
This app used to be my favorite for delivery in colombia, especially when they added turbo services that is super fast. I must say it is a reliable service and much better than what we have in the USA. Unfortunately, their support services has become completely useless as they stopped responding and addressing errors and problems. We keep getting orders with missing items and they completely ignore you for days if not for ever. Their world class resolution center has become extremely careless.
Can't get away from the credit card offer notifications. They don't have notification types and so I turned the notifications off while I was not using the app and then I ordered something and missed the delivery because it also doesn't warn you that they are off (probably justified) But darn, let me just reject the credit card offer for good!! (Update) They responded by saying I should not disable the notifications instead of addressing the bothersome notifications. Gee thanks
Terrible experience. Customer service is nonexistent, so good luck if you have an issue. Food took over one hour longer than the estimated when ordered! No way to contact the restaurant, the driver, or the app. To top it off, the driver didn't deliver to the room, because they couldn't bother to look for the room number that I had written in the address details. Needless to say food was cold, and I didn't get what I ordered or utensils, but I guess that's on the restaurant itself. Disappointed.
It's crazy how many technical issues this app has. From no customer service, charging me double, not being able to see which stores coupons apply, the filters for stores don't work, selection is limited, trying to upgrade plans doesn't work. It's absolutely crazy that an app this important can have these sorts of technical problems. Rappi needs to make improvements and try to manage their company like it was a company from USA or Europe. Please make improvements!
The app makes it impossible for you to tip the delivery driver once the payment is finalized. In all the other apps like door dash or Uber eats it is possible. I wanted to thank the delivery driver for waiting for me for a while but the app simply didn't let me and I spent 20 minutes searching for that option. Also, there's no way for me to contact the delivery driver after the order is finalized either.
