The program is awesome. However, the app is horrible. It opens in parent center and when you click start it loads and just stays on the parent center. We have been having to log in a million times and fi ally just use it in the web page.

having a real issue with some of the junior games. the drag and drop images make the app freeze if they’re not in exactly the right place, so frustrating when you then have to start again, sometimes 3 or 4 times!

Very unlikely to continue with subscription due to glaring bugs and deficiencies. The most annoying is the contrast in volume; one second it’s normal then all of a sudden you’re being shouted at. 4 stars because it constantly signs you out.. EXTREMELY annoying. I didn’t think apps these days signed you out once you minimise the window. If this gets fixed I’ll give it 5 stars, app itself is great.

such a helpful app for kids starting to learn how to read,sound out words properly, etc! my son absolutely loves reading eggs! highly recommend

Giving this a one star because I paid for the £6.99 monthly subscription and despite that I am being told on the app my child cannot access mathseeds as subscription is required despite paying £6.99. I need help with getting this resolved or a refund as I am pissed.
