If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I used this app a couple of years ago for my son, and it was actually really beneficial. I'm now using it for my daughter, and I don't know what's happened, but it does not function well at all. Sometimes, when I log in, it says no assignments. Then I log in a day later and there's 10 assignments. When we complete a task, it makes us repeat the whole thing again it's so frustrating. This happens for all 10 tasks in the assignment. Waste of time and money!

Really good program. I love the worksheets. The deal is my 3Y old plays games 2 x a week and we complete all the worksheets inbetween that way best of the digital world and worksheets with pen and paper. Only feedback is, Would be great for the junior level if we could set a cue of games so they play automatically. I also don't really like the 3 error rule in the next level up. It's discouraging for younger users. Would be good to be able to turn that on and off at will.

The program is awesome. However, the app is horrible. It opens in parent center and when you click start it loads and just stays on the parent center. We have been having to log in a million times and fi ally just use it in the web page.

having a real issue with some of the junior games. the drag and drop images make the app freeze if they're not in exactly the right place, so frustrating when you then have to start again, sometimes 3 or 4 times!

Very unlikely to continue with subscription due to glaring bugs and deficiencies. The most annoying is the contrast in volume; one second it's normal then all of a sudden you're being shouted at. Insane that such a popular program making so much money wouldn't allow an option to equalise volume or have such a contrast that it frightens a child. Another thing is that we did the initial test that asked only 3 questions! And they were wildly off her level. App is also very cumbersome...

I used the free version which was fine, as soon as I paid the yearly price of £59.99 the app doesn't work. It doesn't load passed the main screen and if it does it's constantly glitches so it's not usable. Refund was declined. Avoid buying it and save your money, I've wasted £59.99 on something that I can't even use.

I'm not sure what's going on, making switching children's accounts difficult. I literally have to force the app to stop and try again. However, today it's repeatedly having me sign in and when I'm finally successful in switching to the child's account it still fails. An error code pops up that says "uh oh something has gone wrong!" The error code is on my reading eggs or fast phonics. Please Reading Eggs, help me remedy this, as it is typically an engaging app for my young children! thanks!
