All the information you could possibly need (as long as seller provides), including local tax rates, crime statistics, school districts, etc. Most every home I see on any other site is included here, so it’s a one stop shop, no switching back and forth between other apps. All it needs is a ‘Buy Now’ button!

I don’tike the new update its horrible. The old version works perfect. I have installed on my phone. I hate it no useful. When you saved your search updates doesn’t reflect your save search. Return back to the old version. Now if you have it on your computer/laptop you are good but phone no go.
