App looks good so far but think it isn't updated for latest android systems as I am unable to allow permissions for either notifications or motion detection both of which are required for crash detection

Very easy to use, and user friendly, as a volunteer firefight I know how important seconds can be in an mva, more people should have an app like this!

Good idea but multiple technical issues regarding the subscription whereby after payment the Premium subscription is not enabled has lost my faith in the app.

Great app for all your biking needs. Group riding with your mates or having protection when your on your own. Great route recording and engagement with people who ride with you and see their routes.

Brilliant. Wouldn't use any other app to plan rideouts and find places to go plus the bonus of knowing you've always got someone watching over you in an emergency.

Great update! Downloaded the new version today and put it to the test. Loving the fresh look and updated features. 100 miles covered today. The SOS feature gives my misses peace of mind when I'm out on my own.

records multiple same routes, can't delete them, can't navigate the app. maybe just me, but it's a waste of money and I won't be renewing unless the bugs are fixed.......very dissapointed.

Good idea. Will not let me save journeys i have completed. says add a description to save. filled out every box and drop down menu. just wouldnt work. crash detection works better i hope.

Been using Realrider for last who knows how long. It's like having someone whaching your back in your pocket. Have had a few problems over the years but have always been delt with. As well as very friendly when text talk or emailing them. A must for anyone who rides a bike.

Great app.! 👍 Been using it for years. It's even better now since major upgrade a few weeks back. Good to know even through upgrading time the crash protection/notification to 999 services still worked. Well done RR, keep up the good work!

Before the new app came out I cannot update the profile with my new bike so if I crash no one will see my bike as I don't ride my red 500r anymore, it keeps freezing and throwing me out of the app. This needs to be sorted ASAP as I rely on this to detect the crash if i do have one

Dear lord, what have you done to this app? It was bad to start with, now it's horrific. The app still quits even though battery optimisations are OFF. Now when opening the app, it always takes me to the update details page. EVERY TIME. People, save yourself the hassle, don't use this app, it doesn't work well and it's just annoying.

Subscription won't work so app useless. I purchased premium subscription for £3.99 per month but the premium features in the app - which without the app is useless - will not activate. Just keeps saying I need to subscribe to premium, when I try to do it again it then says I'm already subscribed. Contacted customer support but nothing back from them, not even an autoresponder.

Downloaded a while ago, but never really used it. Since changing bikes I upgraded to protected rides. Funky lil app to track rides, with your friends linked, you can see how far away they are from the start point of a ride. It is reassuring to know you will be rescued it is goes wrong on your own. Recommended to friends as well

Cancelled my subscription, Time to delete this and try a different app, unfortunately! It's been shockingly bad for quite a while now. Only records half of your ride. update thought I'd try again (2025) still useless! it's so disappointing as it used to be a great app! now I can't activate crash detection (which is the main point of your app), i click on the sos button and it says i need to subscribe i click on that and it says i already have an active subscription! what is going on?

Excellent app. Gives serious peace of mind whilst riding. Very easy to use and uses virtually no battery. Very easy to install and use. Any issues dealt with promptly and efficiently by the support team. Great to view routes and when riding in groups to locate each other if separated by traffic etc.

Good idea in theory but too many technical issues cropping up too often. Cancelled my sub. Reply: I went to use the app for the first time in a few weeks, found it had logged me out. Tried to log back in. Didn't recognise my details. Reset password by entering my email address on my account. Tried to log in with newly reset password, still not recognised. This is after the issues with the SOS function earlier this year that you were eventually able to fix.

As a regular rider, having realrider on my phone is incredibly reassuring - knowing that the emergency services will be automatically alerted if something goes wrong. Once you get it set up, it's pretty easy to use, and I like how you can run it in the background while I use my navigation app. Great job guys, can't recommend it enough!

App is almost useless. Only miles and time added. No other relevant data for later analyse available. For example lean angles, top speed,.... Also there is Icon and text missing for Routes in left bottom corner, so you have to know it is there to click in it then it shows Text "routes" but still no icon! No option to add emergency contact. No option to check if accident detection actually works untill you have accident and hope it works. Some free apps work better, this app still need upgrades

Fantastic app Really easy to use & both interesting to see your ride after you've got back but also the comfort that if it all goes wrong, even if you're riding alone, the digital guardian in your phone well get you help if you can't. Well worth the monthly fee for the security of knowing you're not alone should the worst happen. Developer is fantastic & quick to respond help & communicate. Looking forward to putting some miles in with it this year
