Been using the REALTOR.ca Real Estate & Homes app for a couple months now. It’s basically Canada’s most popular platform for searching homes, condos, and other properties for sale or rent. Pretty solid app if you’re in the market for a new place.
Here’s what you can do: browse the latest listings, add places to your Favourites, and even get alerts when new properties hit the market. There’s also a mortgage calculator which is pretty handy. And you can even submit inquiries directly to real estate agents – took me a while to figure that out but it’s a useful feature.
Look, if you’re in the middle of a home search, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out for sure.

So here's my honest take on the REALTOR.ca Real Estate & Homes app. I've tested a bunch of real estate and home buying apps, and this one's pretty solid overall. The sheer volume of listings is impressive - it really does have the most comprehensive database of properties in Canada. The search and filtering tools work well, and I like how you can save your favourites. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other apps, but it gets the core job done. My only real complaint is the occasional UI hiccup, but nothing major. If you're actively looking to buy or rent, I'd recommend giving this a try.

I miss the old app. Being able to zoom in on the map and click "list view" was easy and user friendly. The way the new "list" is presented now...
Why is there ads? I opened the app today there was an ad at the bottom . Why is this? Were you not making enough money on the house prices...
I enjoy using this app. I wish it had more filter options to choose from.
