I miss the old app. Being able to zoom in on the map and click "list view" was easy and user friendly. The way the new "list" is presented now does not let me see multiple homes at a time. Looking at the map is not user friendly, I want to zoom in on a specific area and see all the listings, not click and be taken into specific neighbourhoods. This may be beneficial for GTA and Toronto, but not for smaller cities.

Awful update / new app They have taken away so many features that made searches easy. You can't move from the location to a near by area, search options are not the same. You use to be able to use a map and look at the area in the map, but now nothing shows up outside the boarder it draws. Thank you for your response. I tried all that and that didn't happen or work.

Overall, it seems like this is a downgrade from the previous version. Couple things I don't like: - They got rid of saved searches. This needs to be added in as it made looking at locations easier. - The map view is too cluttered. It just shows all listings as their price, instead of a bubble showing total number of listings Atleast the menus are easy to navigate, and search functions don't take much time to figure out.

Why was this new app released? It is TERRIBLE compared to what you used to have. Whoever released this should get a new job. Limited UI, can't login with my Google account so nothing is transferable from desktop version, no ability to save searches, more limited search parameters and filters than the previous version. There was NOTHING wrong with the old version of the app. Terrible decision to replace it. It's like you don't want people to use your app.

missing so many features. for example why not allow users to select multiple property types such as agriculture and residential vs one or all?

I enjoy using this app. I wish it had more filter options to choose from.

Why is there ads? I opened the app today there was an ad at the bottom . Why is this? Were you not making enough money on the house prices of today? Give me a break you greedy overlords.

Am I missing something? A key thing when house hunting is seeing the floorplan, which isn't always available in the pics and is very frustrating in its own right, but in the case of one house, I discovered that my partner's iPhone has a 'Multimedia' button that led to floorplans. For the same listing on my Android, there's no floorplans to be found. Why? Are there two completely different designers for each version that don't talk to each other? ..or have the same feature list to satisfy?

I have mixed feelings about this app. It's not bad for listings but... that app is very janky. It's rather frustrating to use.

I am unable to filter out fractional ownership results and I was unable to report improperly listed homes. One star.

1... suddenly PUSH notifications have failed. seriously annoying now. Yes I checked my settings 《Fixed 👍》. 2... Trying to delete SAVED SEARCH results in ERROR. 3... SEARCH CRITERIA really needs an overhaul. why cant I select more than one house type? ie: im looking for an acreage, with either house or manufactured home? instead I need to have 2 separate searches. Not a fan of that. 4. There should be a RURAL search filter. (No... not agriculture) This is a good app though it needs developer TLC

Does not work well. I'm able to click on listings, and scroll through the pictures, but unable to save any listings, share, or add to favourites anymore. None of the "buttons" at the bottom of the app seem to with anymore.

Had this app for a long time, and I loved it but the July 2025 update is messed up! Can't do anything. Can't manipulate the map, can't add filters, can't search. Basically it just freezes. I tried reinstalling (a few times). No change. Whatever they did, it's useless now on my phone.

App is buggy and terriblely unresponsive. can't search, cancel buttons fail, can't hit X etc. Garbage really. I can't search other areas and the interface is not responding. Some buttons work and some don't. Edit-Ckeared cache and data. reinstalled. this did nothing. I can see local things. can't search on anything specific, buttons fail. I have wasted enough time on this thing.

Searches saved on the website (that show multiple results) offer no results within the app. Seems to be an issue with the keyword filter, but I still don't get the same results as on the website after I remove it. With the keyword I got 0 results, then 3 after removing it, none of which were the 4 properties I saved using the complete search with keyword on the website that are all still available. I'll just use the website from now on.

app overall is not bad. it's very slow most of the time and can be very highly non-responsive and glitchy. I liked the previous app when it worked with Android's system back button.

it's really easy to use this app. using the filter helps locate only the ones you need to see. no waiting time click and there you go homes in the Area you have choosen

When you click and open the listing, and when you try to scroll through the pictures, it's extremely laggy and it happens quite often, they need to update or fix the bugs or else people are going to look at other options.

Poorly designed and performing app. Slow search, to see edges of the image one needs to hold so that other things aren't blocking the view, everything needs a network connection and can't remember last location unless you give location permissions. Feels like a web app forced to be an app. Using the website is a much better experience.

It's so annoying and time-consuming when trying to create an account. Every time I try, if I leave the page, it sends me back to the beginning, over and over again. I need to leave the page just to copy and paste my email and the generated strong password. Plus, it's constantly asking me to prove that I'm not a robot, repeatedly. This is a waste of time. Some websites do this internationally because they want us to sign up using Google, Apple, or Facebook accounts, which gives them access to
