There is a lag in responding to clients. It freezes. It is slow. Worst so for real estate business.

everytime I try to use the app to make a call it crashes. texting slows it down. app is only working half the time. I Uninstaller and reinstalled. not fixed
Lost every lead that came in. this app is more of a hindrance than a help! exactly the opposite of what apps are created for. I've uninstalled and will be calling to get a creditor for the technical difficulties.
Slow, can't text images, freezes at the worst possible times. Just okay, when it works.
By far the slowest of all professional real estate apps. Time is of the essence when a lead comes in and if you rely on this app you're not going to get that lead. Could not be less intuitive.
Does nothing. Can't add contacts & cant search for homes. I uninstalled it 3 minutes after downloading. That's how fast I became an expert on their 2 page app.
It is hard to respond to a lead if you have to keep scrolling down the lead line to respond. I am currently communicating with a lead 11 leads ago and I have to consistently scroll to find her just to respond. And it's hard to read my response one little line at a time to check for typos and misspellings.
Useless. Logged in during setup but just refreshes login screen upon subsequent attempts and will not open. Doesn't matter though because what little I played with the app showed me nothing useful. The graphics and interface seemed about a decade out of date. Don't waste your time with this one.
every time I get a notification the app closes when I try to view it. It is extremely annoying since until recently it was a great way to keep track of my communication with clients. I hope it gets fixed
The app won't work now. When I open it, it says I need to update in order to continue. When I click to update, it only offers the option to Open or Unistall. When I click Open, it goes back to the 1st screen that requires an update.
Can't get app to work half the time. At this very moment it won't let me log in at all. The texting feature is very buggy. Sometimes the texts send multiple times or resend when you open app again. This app needs a lot of work.
This app is so glitchy. Typing a message to a lead is a nightmare. I switch to text as soon as possible, sometimes I don't even respond using the app. This is supposed to be a tool for agents to respond to leads quickly and efficiently. It is not that.
Always crashes. For this reason i can never communicate with clients through the app. I have to copy and paste their contact info from my email notification and redirect them which causes missed opportunities. I download all the updates and communicate with support, but this never gets fixed. Is there a way to receive text messages from these very expensive leads directly to my phone?
I think that the app is great but has the potential of doing so much better. First I would love it would be an app that integrates with Bluetooth so I can speak to clients through my car's auto or even better integrate with Android Auto and Apple Car Play. Since we are mostly on the go and in our cars. Also the interface is a little cumbersome it would easie if the last contact the contacted you was at the top of the list. The app should provide more integration to send similar properties
An incredible amount of lagging when replying to an inquiry. Auto responses that cannot be rewritten, so us agents end up sounding like bots. Overall the app and website for professionals is not user friendly, yet they charge an obscene amount for lead buy or ad space buys.... You would think they could have some quality control with their websites and apps.
Every time I try to make a call from this app, it crashes. Every time I try to text from this app, it slows down to the point where it is unresponsive. Every time I try to get support, they tell me that they are escalating my case. Every time they tell me that they are escalating my case, they never do... It's nice to have a platform that serves you clients, even if it's for a nominal fee. It is unfortunate that that platform makes it difficult to convert those clients be because of bugs.
When you write a text message within the app, the window to do so includes one line of text only. It makes writing texts within the app functionally impossible. You can't check for spelling or grammar errors because you can only see one line at a time and it is terribly difficult to scroll. It makes the app almost useless in terms of communicating with your clients. I communicate with clients almost exclusively outside of the app because of this.
This app has so much potential! I've not noticed the lack of speed as others have reported, but the phone call system cuts out during every call. I don't mind a few errors, but it's never worked correctly. I would love to see an option to call from the native phone app or at least be able to copy and paste the number from the contacts.
This app is the worst. It doesn't have the dashboard like what's on the desktop browser version. There are no instructions on how to connect to my teams leads and conversations. The app wouldn't let me login from my cellphone and when it finally did theres no way to figure anything out because there are NO options that legitimately help. Why make an app if you guys are just gonna leave it bare bones. The "Pro" app is 100% pointless so just use the platform on a browser.
