I’ve been using the Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent app for a couple months now. It’s basically a home search tool that lets you browse listings and find your perfect place to live. Pretty solid app if you’re in the market for a new home, whether you’re buying or renting.
Here’s what you can do – you can search for homes by all kinds of filters like price, size, number of beds/baths, location, and more. There’s also a map view which is really handy for visualizing where places are. And the app has tons of info on each listing, like photos, details, and even estimated mortgage payments. Took me a while to figure out all the different features but it’s pretty user-friendly overall.
Look, if you’re a home buyer or renter, you’ll probably find this app really useful. It’s not perfect – the search results can be a bit overwhelming at times – but it does the job of helping you find a place that fits your needs. Worth checking out if you’re on the hunt for a new home.

So here's my honest take on Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent. I've tested a bunch of real estate apps and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The search tools are super comprehensive and customizable, and the listing details are really thorough. It's also free to use, which is a big plus. But it's not without its flaws - the app can feel a bit cluttered at times, and the ads can get annoying if you don't pay for the premium version. Overall though, I'd say it's a pretty solid option if you're on the house hunt.
