App dowa not work properly. I want to look specifically in one town , and it keeps defaulting to give me it twice for multiple town's. I select "expand Search area": None and I have to select it twice before it filters correctly. When I go back again to do the same search, it doesn't keep my default values. This is very annoying. I don't want to see hundreds or thousands of listings.

APP SUCKS! Unable to save homes for several days. Keep getting pop-up, "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." And now when trying to submit this problem, the Submit for reporting this problem isn't going thru with another similar pop-up, "We could not submit your feedback. Please try again later"! Have uninstalled and reinstalled app several times with same results. What good is your app if it doesn't work properly for your customers???

Easy to use. Pics of inside and outside of homes in most cases. Pricing history of home listed as well as square footage and type of siding, heating and cooling that is installed. You can also find a general estimate of taxes, the schools that serve the location, a button is to contact the realtor and a breakout of a mortgage payment if a 20% down is paid. There is also another button to click to get pre-approved for a loan. This app is my favorite compared to others that I have tried.

Update: your response says you need more info. Program will allow me to respond. This used to be a great app till a couple of weeks ago! Now it crashes, says the app is not responding, goes to a black screen, locks up, map won't move. You name it! Pretty much worthless!! I'm right in the middle of searching for a home. I can't access my favorites, can't get the map to move to continue searching, difficulty opening the ones I want to look at. I'm not the only person having trouble with the app.

Used to be great, now I get constant notifications that have nothing to do with the searches I have set up. Just roll it back to what it was like 18 months ago and it would be perfect again. Stop trying to be so smart and guess (incorrectly) what I might be interested in even though I never searched for it! For example, rentals when I'm a buyer. It's real estate, not the checkout aisle at the grocery store. I'm pretty sure people have a solid idea what they want when they search for a property.

Wouldn't let me log-in even though I had no issues logging-in on a desktop. No matter how generic the search is, it consistently pulls up 0 results after app tries "searching" for over a minute. Very slow and buggy. *This is not a network error as other apps on my phone are working normally. I've already cleared cache, shutdown, reinstalled, etc ..*

I get non-stop, three or more times a day, notifications for a "saved search". Yet I have NO saved searches, and the search is for Minnesota, somewhere I have never been, and have 1000% zero interest in, as I am in NJ! I turned off all notifications two weeks ago, yet the notifications just keep coming and coming, and there is apparently no way to stop them. This SUCKS!

The save search and all the other buttons are always in the way. Navigating the app is difficult and the actual buttons you need are always on the other side of the screen. Navigating back and forth between informational screens is always dissicult because the back arrow is too small and in a random corner, not consistently placed. Zillkw for the win.

New listings notifications should show up with the price of the property, I don't care about the details, if the property isn't within the price I want when the notif pops up on my phone, I don't want to have to open the notification and view something. Now that it only ever shows "new listing in XYZ" and the property bio, it's annoying to receive notifications of new listings.

They would send me recommendations they thought I would be interested in, but the pictures and prices of the houses in my notifications didn't match the actual price of that house after I clicked on it and it came up in the app. It was always a higher price! After this happening more than a dozen times, I am uninstalling. I did not find anything on this app that is not on most other real estate apps. Personally I like Zillow because they have the ability to show you the property lines.
