So far So good... I love the convenience of the app. I scan all of my receipts at the end of the night and it helps me keep track of all of my expenses. My biggest challenge is keeping track of my mileage. That isn't an App issue, that's a me issue. Maybe the developers can add an option where we can choose to add certain daily, weekly, and monthly reminders. Customer service is also pretty helpful and responds in a timely manner.

Just started using this app and seems to tick all the boxes for me. I wanted something that can capture a backup image of receipts, automatically read and record the amounts, and then populate a spreadsheet with all my expenses. This does it all! I've tried a few other apps that claim to provide these features yet fall short... Easy Expence actually delivers in all these aspects, and on a very user friendly platform!! 👍

Easy, prompts,. Clear presentations, totals everything out for you and much more. I've been searching for an app like this to help keep me organized. If only I could find an app that not only scans but then automatically places the scanned item into a pre set category, reads the amount due, payments made, how much you still owe . Do you think I'm asking too much? Sign, hate having to do double digit entry each month.

So far, seems like a great app. Using it so I can both track my expenses and reduce amount of paper (receipts) floating around house. Would be nice if a) could turn off the business option as it defaults to this even though I only use for personal expenses and b) if I could pick a subcategory in addition to a main category. Also, does a great job picking up the date on the receipt, but the tax amount always needs to be adjusted, and the total amount occasionally needs to be adjusted.

I've only been using it for a week or two, but so far so good. I can easily scan or manually enter transactions, you can sort by category or payment method, and split a transaction into multiple categories. Overview of spending is easy to see, although the defaults are monthly, quarterly and annually, I would like to be able to see weekly or add custom dates.

When scanning a receipt, it rarely gets the information correct. Sometimes, it lucks up and gets the price, but most of the time, I have to manually enter the vendor and price total. Also, it does not recognize a handwritten gratuity total. I give it 3 stars since it's a good concept that needs updates. Also, it would be great if a one-time purchase could be done instead of a monthly fee.

My partner refuses to let me use this app. The report was 18MB and cannot be sized down. So emailing is not possible for some. So it's a good app, but you lost a star because we can't compress. Phenomenal app. It did EVERYTHING I dreamt it would so quickly and easily I'm astonished. It scans receipts and does all the math itself to produce totals for clients and if a receipt isn't clear, you can enter it manually, yet still include an image. Absolutely brilliant!

This app is super helpful for small businesses to keep track of expenses. If they come out with an app that also will track income receipts, that would be huge! It's hard enough to keep up with the books, but this app definitely helps. Sometimes the camera has issues focusing or picking up the right info so it is not perfect, but still worth it for a pay as you want app

Great app, but pop ups for donations though can be.... a deterrent. It made me want to switch but couldn't find better alternatives, so came back. Does a great job in keeping records of receipts and adding labels. Helps me to track how much I spend in a month. Does not have a daily spending tracker, but I can survive without. Overall I recommend.

It offers many features but half of them don't work. For instance, they lure you into sharing bank info by claiming you can receive $50 credit on their card. However, none of the card related areas of the app ever load. I can't add funds, issue card, or anything. Look elsewhere for an expense app. This one is gimmicky at best and malicious at worst.

Had to scan each receipt several times. It looks like it would be a good app if it were cleaned up a bit or if I only needed to scan one or two receipts. I have dozens for every job I do. Randomly picked spots on the receipt to focus on, so I had to reset the field of view for every receipt. At the end of the day, it was quicker, and as time is money, cheaper to just go buy a dedicated receipt scanner with an OCR package than to spend the time to use the free app.

First few scans look amazing. The OCR is exactly what I was after. Not only was the app 90% accurate (save for a few misidentified numbers that could easily be rectified) but it nearly always identified the type of vendor, the receipt type, and the purchase date. It's also amazing that it can export to an itemized report for easy use in other tools. Five stars!

My original rating was a one star. They advertised it as free and then popped up a price after about a week. However you could choose your own price so it was still free. I used the app for about a year with minimal issues. Now there was an update and it's not free at all anymore. I don't mind paying, but a company that advertises as a free app should stay free.

I like how it detects and scans a receipt just showing it to the camera, and crops automatically, but it sometimes mistakes the tax for the total and might mistake the month for the day of the week. So you really need to verify every receipt before you save, which to me. I couldn't find a way to add tags and categories, which to me is a must in order to sort expenses into groups for reports. I experienced the few bugs using my new Samsung s23. monthly subscription is $7. App needs improvement.

I find it very easy to use, the smart capture option js really accurate, but I have just one complaint. When using the website, it gives you the option to import a CSV file and bulk import expenses. However, that feature doesn't work, so I spent all this time formatting everything correctly so it would go through and it still did not work. That's the only thing keeping it from being a 5-Star product.

It was absolutely fantastic for about a month. Easy way for me to store my receipts and track my milage to and from work. But today as I was inputting all my receipts and miles from this past week, it did the annoying thing asking me to subscribe to the app. I don't need all the cool and extra features so I dont get it. But I cant add anymore expenses of miles in until I pay for a subscription. For a "FREE" app, it got pretty expensive pretty quick.

You bunch of slime ball scumbags! I haven't used this app in a couple of months, and when I do, you're now charging for it?! Fa-Q! Your app sucks because none of the information goes into the proper categories when you snap the receipt, and you waste a lot of time manually correcting it... everytime!! And now you want to charge a premium service charge for something that doesn't work?! Again... Fa-Q!! I actually purchased yearly subscription to SimplyWise because how much better it works. Fa-Q!

after MUCH research and trial of different products, we settled on this app. not only is the interface very user-friendly and easy to use, but the camera scanning and upload is simply SO very fasy and accurate! some of the other options which we thought might be a better fit actually struggled to upload, (sometimes 20+ seconds!) and the AI did not pick up any details consistently from reciepts! Easy Expense is not cheap, but when you factor how FAST and actually easy to use and to set-up, wow!

Amazing app. Helps me do what I need to keep my business going. Save your pictures to your phone before your attach them. For whatever reason the take a picture direct doesn't work so well. Still an amazing program. Accounting programs were over $100 a month, so I went ahead and bought the upgraded version of this program for $100 a year. Seemed like a no brainer.

It's an excellent app service that helps me to track all of my receipt records without me manually doing it. I just scan the receipts, it copies it, then it records the dates, the overall purchase amount , and it identifies the transaction as gas, food, or others.. It has many other features which I haven't tapped into as of yet, but for now, I enjoy what it does for my business book keeping.
