think its a great app just needs to be made more available to interact with it. limited on options and thats discouraging

It use to be fine but now I can't get into my account, changed the password 2X, Uninstaller and reinstalled and tried to get into my account through the website, no luck.It says too may attempts contact administrator; who is that , how do we contact? I guess I won't be ordering dinner tonight.

I don't go out too often to eat. When I do, Red Lobster is the only choice for me. They're creative with their menu and it's always good. They're solid/main menu is always heaven. I only have one complaint and that is of me, there are so many good choices to pick from, I can't make up my mind!!! They sure know how to make my birthday special.... With a claw pinch to grow an inch.

Can't log in. Every time I try it just keeps trying to load a page and then takes me back to where it asks if I want to log in. Also seems broken when it comes to rewards. I got an email 2 days ago saying I had a reward. I couldn't make the app work so I finally went to the regular website and logged in, went to my rewards tab and there was nothing there.

Not a very user friendly app. I tried to sign up for the rewards account. It wouldn't let me. When I click on a meal option to see what it includes, there's no easy way to get back to the menu to continue browsing. My phone back button closes the app completely. There is no back button on those menu item selection pages. The Red Lobster button essentially takes you back to the beginning, but not back to the menu where you left off. I'm ready to not even place an order. Frustrating.

App is terrible. Comes up with bad gateway when I try to place a online order. When I manage to get past that, I highlight a category, but can not view the options. I managed to get past that, and let say I want to go back and view something else. There is not back or do not add to order, when I push the back button, I'm brought back to the home screen and have to start all over. Guess I'm gonna have to order from somewhere else. Update 9/2 app is useless, forces u 2 order from website.

App still does NOT work. Red Lobster did a horrible job at notifying reward customers if the update, all the while having servers still promote scanning receipts, which, by the way, I recd an email that my receipt did not scan. You really want me to rescan?? I uninstalled, reinstalled, to no avail. Im not spending this amt of time with your app to get points. I'll just stop lunching and dining there! Get ready to shower rewards customers in goodwill points for your MESS UP!

I have tried getting into my app since beginning of Dec 2019. I have had the Red Lobster app prior to that and was always able to get into it and scan my receipts. Now it does not allow me to do so. As you suggested, I uninstalled the app and then installed it again, changed my password and was still not able to get into it. It really disturbs me because I have a birthday in Dec and was not able to use my rewards. My email shows I have rewards but I'm not able to use them. Plus I have gone to Red Lobster many times since Dec and have not been able to scan my receipts. I even asked at the restaurant but they could not help me. I have also sent emails indicating my problem but no one has answered my emails. What good is having it if I can't get into it since you made changes late last year. Why did you do this? Please help me to get my rewards. I do like Red Lobster a lot.

I've had no problems with the app any time I've accessed it. It's pretty user friendly, I'm not very tech savvy so I appreciate that. I've had the app for a while, and used it multiple times. I would think more than enough to know if it caused any issues for me. I had it on my old Galaxy Note 5 for most of the time, as I just recently upgraded to the 22 Ultra. I can say I've had no problems out of the app with either phone. The transfer was seamless.

The app installs, but that is it. I can access my account on a web browser, but if I try to log into the app it keeps kicking me off the .auth page, sending me back to the app with the enroll as well as login greyed out basically. I have already cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled as well as restarted the phone. Since I rarely go to Red Lobster I guess it is no big deal honestly. It would have just been nice to have that minor convenience.

I tried ordering online from the app several times over the last few months and when searching location the feature doesn't work. If you can't select a location you can't order! I have typed my zip, city, as well as "allowing" the app the find a location nearest me. The app shows "new online ordering" at the very top of the app but you can't do it, they need to take that down! Clearly we can just see the menu, that's it!

This app is useless. My husband and I attempted to use an earned reward towards an add-on menu item. When I redeemed the reward on my app at the end of the meal, our server wasn't able to validate the code on the restaurant's computer system. She was kind enough to remove that item from our bill as a courstesy. This morning I received an email that the receipt I scanned couldn't be validated, so I lost points for that meal. Customer service via the app has been notified; awaiting response.

This app is absolutely horrible! Kicks you back to the home screen any time you minimize the app or hit the back button. Shows me as logged in on the home screen, but not when I order, and sent me to a sign-up page when I did log in from the order page. Ended up having to order as a guest. Next time I'll just order from a food delivery service instead. Look at all the other bad reviews, I think it's time to get new app devs or do more testing before you release major updates!

App works fine, the program isn't that great. They used to give discounts based on point values and a free dessert of your choice on your B-day. Now they just offer random items off the menu for free or at a discount. I haven't used one yet as it is never something I would order. I go less often because of the program.

Won't let me log in - customer support's pointless. The app & website both will not let me into my account. I have followed guidelines to set new passwords multiple times. Still won't work. Updated app & everything. Doesn't matter because the website is screwed up too. It lets me accrue points when in red lobster, but I can't use them for anything because of this password issue. Something is very wrong with their password system. It shouldn't be accepting the new passwords if something's wrong.

Update to last review & email sent: I do ensure that I am logged in. There would be no way for me to see my rewards if I wasn't. I see the rewards, click 'redeem' & nothing happens. I have tried several times on different devices and on various orders. There is an issue on your end. I am unable to redeem my rewards when placing an order via the app or online. It is rather frustrating. I have sent emails about this issue in the past & have received no response.

Works fine. I am out of room on my phone, so I'm having to uninstall and reinstall apps as I need them. I can't have an app for everything. Every business thinks I can just download an app for their perks account. I don't have that kind of room on my phone. This one reinstalls easily and quickly on the rare occasions we go to Red Lobster. I love the perks when I rack up points.

1-25-19. Going to dinner & cant sign in to access my Reward. It doesn't say my login name or password is incorrect, just says "Unable to Login" so I do the "forgot my password" link, enter my email & it gives me an error message but goes away too quickly to get a screen shot of it. I've had it with this app!!! All my points & rewards USELESS!!! Installed the app, used it once & the next time I tried to get back in, it wouldn't let me sign in. I couldn't even use my FB acct to sign back into it.

Can't login. When I tap on Sign In, it goes right back to that exact same screen. Every time. Can't even get to the point of entering my credentials, so it is not an account/password issue. S22 Ultra, all up to date. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, force stop, clear cache, clear data, nothing helped, multiple times, over the last few months. Phone is otherwise fine, no instability or issues with other app access. Needs a Zero rating because it can't be used at all.

Why on earth can't you use giftcards for online orders? How idiotic is that? Due to new restrictions because of the pandemic, I couldn't even use the app. I had to call the restaurant and place an order over the phone and will have to pay when I pick up my food which forces the restaurant employee to do double the work running back and forth to process my payment. Red Lobster, seriously... how hard is it to fix this? Outback can process giftcards thru online orders... why can't you? So dumb.
