think its a great app just needs to be made more available to interact with it. limited on options and thats discouraging

It use to be fine but now I can’t get into my account, changed the password 2X, Uninstaller and reinstalled and tried to get into my account through the website, no luck.It says too may attempts contact administrator; who is that , how do we contact? I guess I won’t be ordering dinner tonight.
