So here's my honest take on Redfin: Buy, Sell & Rent Homes. I've tested a bunch of real estate apps and this one's pretty solid. The interface is user-friendly and the features are robust without being overwhelming. And i like that it's got everything in one place - search, agent connections, mortgage, and more. The only downside is that the free version has some annoying ads, but you can get rid of them by paying. Overall though, it's a great app if you're in the market for a new home.

Description

Been using Redfin: Buy, Sell & Rent Homes for a couple months now. It’s basically a real estate app that helps you find, buy, sell, or rent homes. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kinda thing.

Here’s what you do: you can browse listings, get personalized recommendations, and even connect with a local agent. There’s also a mortgage feature where you can get pre-approved – that’s pretty cool. And you can book home tours right in the app, which saves a lot of time.

Look, if you’re in the market for a new home, whether buying, selling, or renting, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can be kind of annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

How? Just how? How is it possible to have an app as trashy as this in today's day and age? Descriptions don't open, can't see more details, pics are fine...

90% of what shows up in the update feed is out of the price range or area from my saved searches, and houses that meet the criteria don't always show...

I love the pictures, for the houses that have pictures. I love the possible monthly payment breakdowns and the estimation of what the houses are really worth. It is ready...
