Never had a problem up until the past 3 weeks. All of a sudden I can't purchase tickets on the app even tho I've had the same card on file for over a year and have even tried different ones. Called my bank and they said my account has no blocks on it. I've contacted customer service and keep getting the same unhelpful automated answers. Please fix this app
Great rewards on the worst app you can download! I would say that 90% of the time you sign into the app, there is a problem or some kind of glitch. You get an "Unavailable" error when you click on a movie trailer. I have NEVER been able to see a trailer on the app. It often freezes, forcing you to get in a concession stand line to verify that you have tickets. The reward program is great! But the app it's on is definitely the worst app I use!
Better optimization would be great. update: 8/6/25 This is such a mess. you don't need it for much but I always seems to fail you somehow. Cant log you in and when you finally get in it logs you out, always lags or crashes, won't load movies for you to see what's playing, says no movies are available when you try to book, etc. Ads will show up just fine however and constantly.
Absolute trash of an app and site. wouldn't process the payment on the app and website and now the seats for a showing are shown as unavailable despite no success purchase. if you're lucky the seats and purchase options will show but if not you'll end up having to go to the theater to pay for seats/tickets which defeats the purpose of having an app or site. you expect the bare minimum and don't even get that. let's make an app for people to pay for services and have that no work at all.
Have no idea why, but half the time I go onto the app, it does not load completely. Tells me I have an error and to "tap to reload" but never does. I've deleted the app several times and then reloaded it, only to have the same problem. I've checked my settings and everything is fine. Do Not have problems with any other app.
After multiple sign in issues on the app's side last year, it was chugging along well for a while. Since the latest update, though, it's super buggy - won't load at times, takes ages to load other times, constantly saying movies aren't available (even though they are), etc. My phone is relatively new. It's an app problem, not a phone problem. Pretty disappointing that the response was so dismissive.
this is absolutely the most vile interface for an app I've ever had the displeasure of using. I made two accounts for regal unlimited and added my wife as a friend and it took me well over 45 minutes. You would think it would just be a one button press under accounts. Is it a good deal? Yes, if you see more than one movie a month. Is it almost not worth it because the interface is so horrendous? Also yes. I've also never left a review on an app before, but this was a truly painful experience.
most of the time it works just fine! But with the recent update, it no longer tells you where the screen is when choosing the seat. I see an orange line that may be it or the box at the bottom with an expand option that could be mistaken for the screen. Please add where the screen is located once more to ensure we pick our seats where we want them. It would also be super helpful to have the concessions food items updated once the location is set.
This app isn't worth the effort needed to install it or the increased blood pressure of trying to use it. I purchased tickets for a movie 2 days in advance. The email confirmation said the tickets were available through the app. The tickets were not available through the app. The app informed me that "You don't have any tickets yet." Fortunately, the emailed confirmation included an order number that allowed my wife and me to gain admission. All the app did was slow the process
I just downloaded this for the first time thinking it'll make getting tickets and rewards easier but no. We watched trailers, only to not be able to pause it or rewind some of them while they played. Then the app keeps crashing and boots me out and completely closes itself. I open it again and after browsing a bit, it crashes again. I came to the Play store to see if there was an update cuz it's so bad but no. Please fix this cuz the other reviews show I'm not alone with these issues.
