Never had a problem up until the past 3 weeks. All of a sudden I can't purchase tickets on the app even tho I've had the same card on file for over a year and have even tried different ones. Called my bank and they said my account has no blocks on it. I've contacted customer service and keep getting the same unhelpful automated answers. Please fix this app

Great rewards on the worst app you can download! I would say that 90% of the time you sign into the app, there is a problem or some kind of glitch. You get an "Unavailable" error when you click on a movie trailer. I have NEVER been able to see a trailer on the app. It often freezes, forcing you to get in a concession stand line to verify that you have tickets. The reward program is great! But the app it's on is definitely the worst app I use!

Better optimization would be great. update: 8/6/25 This is such a mess. you don't need it for much but I always seems to fail you somehow. Cant log you in and when you finally get in it logs you out, always lags or crashes, won't load movies for you to see what's playing, says no movies are available when you try to book, etc. Ads will show up just fine however and constantly.

Absolute trash of an app and site. wouldn't process the payment on the app and website and now the seats for a showing are shown as unavailable despite no success purchase. if you're lucky the seats and purchase options will show but if not you'll end up having to go to the theater to pay for seats/tickets which defeats the purpose of having an app or site. you expect the bare minimum and don't even get that. let's make an app for people to pay for services and have that no work at all.

Have no idea why, but half the time I go onto the app, it does not load completely. Tells me I have an error and to "tap to reload" but never does. I've deleted the app several times and then reloaded it, only to have the same problem. I've checked my settings and everything is fine. Do Not have problems with any other app.

After multiple sign in issues on the app's side last year, it was chugging along well for a while. Since the latest update, though, it's super buggy - won't load at times, takes ages to load other times, constantly saying movies aren't available (even though they are), etc. My phone is relatively new. It's an app problem, not a phone problem. Pretty disappointing that the response was so dismissive.

this is absolutely the most vile interface for an app I've ever had the displeasure of using. I made two accounts for regal unlimited and added my wife as a friend and it took me well over 45 minutes. You would think it would just be a one button press under accounts. Is it a good deal? Yes, if you see more than one movie a month. Is it almost not worth it because the interface is so horrendous? Also yes. I've also never left a review on an app before, but this was a truly painful experience.

most of the time it works just fine! But with the recent update, it no longer tells you where the screen is when choosing the seat. I see an orange line that may be it or the box at the bottom with an expand option that could be mistaken for the screen. Please add where the screen is located once more to ensure we pick our seats where we want them. It would also be super helpful to have the concessions food items updated once the location is set.

This app isn't worth the effort needed to install it or the increased blood pressure of trying to use it. I purchased tickets for a movie 2 days in advance. The email confirmation said the tickets were available through the app. The tickets were not available through the app. The app informed me that "You don't have any tickets yet." Fortunately, the emailed confirmation included an order number that allowed my wife and me to gain admission. All the app did was slow the process

I just downloaded this for the first time thinking it'll make getting tickets and rewards easier but no. We watched trailers, only to not be able to pause it or rewind some of them while they played. Then the app keeps crashing and boots me out and completely closes itself. I open it again and after browsing a bit, it crashes again. I came to the Play store to see if there was an update cuz it's so bad but no. Please fix this cuz the other reviews show I'm not alone with these issues.

been really frustrated about the app usability. it doesn't load properly, won't list movies or struggles with connecting, even though I am always on a network or Wi-Fi at home. it acts like there is no such thing as the Internet and just lags. I don't know what happened to it, but I had gotten worse to use rather than better. and yeah, enough with the pop up ads.

App works fine. interface could use improvement. for example, to enter a birthday, direct entry doesn't seem to work. It seems the only option is to scroll back one month at a time. That would be frustrating if I was only 13; the minimum age to establish a Regal account. Consider the level of irritation for some one in their 30s, 40s, 50s... Really, you can do better.

the app either has a spinning circle or says network error. can't use the app. also says it couldn't load store catalog . update : I am using a Pixel 9 pro, which is not an older phone at the time of this post. so response doesn't work with old phones doesn't pertain to the issue for me. it seems the issue is intermittent. and wifi or data doesn't make a difference of the issue. sometimes it works and other times it errors, it errors more often than not.

been trying to sign up for an account for the past two weeks now to try and take advantage of their Unlimited program and it has been futile. I've tried 5 or 6 different devices, on iPad, iPhone, android, pc and always keep getting the "something went wrong " message. it is downright frustrating. What is happening with this? and the sale ends in 2 days with no luck of trying. update: was able to get it working and we are now able to use it.

Every time I try to purchase tickets, the app gives a 0.00 balance for the tickets, so I'm trying to check out, and I get an "unexpected error" notification. What's the point of having the unlimited pass if you can't purchase tickets? Tried on multiple phones multiple times with multiple accounts through friends and family. Reading reviews this is a common issue that the developers can't seem to figure out. Maybe it's time to look for a new dev team.

Slow, but valuable. More complicated than it needs to be, but more functional than I had originally assumed. Two separate memberships that save you a lot of money if you regularly go out to the movies as well as saving significant money in a one-off scenario. You may only ever use this one time, but it's worth it despite its speed or lack thereof

Tons of pop-up advertisements about movies now playing or concessions deals that get in the way of actually trying to pick a movie. Works well enough to buy tickets or show your digital rewards card, but does need to be closed and reopened often. Checkout doesn't let you simply save a default payment. Checkout also now has unsolicited ads like a hotel getaway package? Flooded with fathom events that aren't part of Regal unlimited, which aren't kept isolated in the limited events tab.

Don't bother downloading this app. it sucks!! I made a purchase on 8/31 through the app. I was able to see my purchase in that day but rhe next day it was gone. I've been checking all week through the app. and the website and shows no record of my purchase. I've emailed their customer support, its been 48hrs, and I still have not heard back. I did get a confirmation email with the purchase so hopefully that works when i show up to the theater. What a nightmare.

The app is great when it works, but 80% of the time, it just doesn't. It won't load showtimes or let me buy a ticket, and I've tried updating the app, clearing the cache, even uninstalling and reinstalling, but this issue just keeps happening. It makes it really hard to use the Regal Unlimited subscription they keep raising prices on.

It's ok but I'd love to make a watchlist for upcoming movies and series. I love the met opera and anime limited engagement showings and being able to add a movie, like the new chainsaw man, when its announced and getting a reminder when tickets go on sale and a reminder when a movie is that week would be AWESOME. Having to track that sort of stuff manually feels antiquainted.
