very useful and easy to understand and use. vacant lots are not a problem all public records are available at a click of a property. it was useful and a great help locating ownership of a vacant property that I am interested on purchasing!
Love this app, I'm a Land Surveyor, so I spend a lot of time in the Florida swamps. Sometimes, I get on site before my office has completed the research on the property. Needless to say, a lot of properties ( especially the ones in the swamps ) have no visible occupation lines. I find myself reaching for my Regrid more and more. It's definitely a 5 Star Must-have app ! 6-12-2025 (Update Time) Still Loving this app ! It's put me on the right spot numerous times. It's a Keeper !!!
Very well kept and usually up to date... calculations may vary considering different sources and opinions but all in all... I've used it for years and it's been useful and very convenient...
it's pretty accurate with boundaries and I don't know how often they upgrade property ownership 4.5
App worked well for 1 day and now the map will not come up. It seems they are trying to force the pro plan ($10 per month) on you. Not too happy with it. If they're advertising a free app then make sure it's free. Now they don't allow this to be posted.
2 star. it works but horizontal lines are WAY OFF.. 1 extra star for vertical lines are within a couple/few feet but horizontal lines are like 20+ feet off and make it impossible to find the North+South property edges. perhaps devs and make an adjustment to the grid data so that it's at least 5feet maximum 10ft off. with 6 people looking using regrid - we all decided it's too far off for any actual use... we are all looking for a new app that has better accuracy. horizontally it's AWFUL!!!!!
love this app. helps me so much with my business. I need to access properties sometimes. Always get permission first. These app just makes it so easy to locate property owners. Saves me so much time.đź‘Ť
I have been using the Pro version for a few months and I have a love/hate for it. I have a difficult time using it when offline, where the competition shows me what I need. I Like to be sure I am on the parcel I am looking for so I wish there was a driving map, where I could sorta do like G does and gives me a directions option. Suddenly today I cannot see the Parcel # on my APN searches. useless at this point. I don't want to have to go to the competition but looking like it.
My Title company could not give me an accurate Plat Map of my property. REGRID showed me exactly where my property boundary was! Great App.
can't use gps only, requires Location Accuracy to be enabled. this actually reduces accuracy when you have a solid .5 meter gps accuracy (confirmed using app GPS Status)
