This app is not just user hostile, it flat out doesn't work at all. The application won't even make it past the initial loading screen, meanwhile I'm getting @$$ chewed at work because they want some $h!+ done but won't let me get any extra time in order to do it. FIX THIS D@MN APP!!! You are partnered with various state agencies and you can't make even a half decent learning app in conjunction with them, in order to help state employees get their training done?

I can't log in. when I try to it says error and since when do I get a response back in French based in California? I reached out to em and got told to tell my boss. Tried to reach someone and it seems they're always out of town. very disappointed 😑

Horribly designed app forced down employees throats. The companies we work for refuses to spend the time and effort for in person training to make sure we are trained correctly. Email spam, reminders and refusal to allow us a hair of overtime to complete the programs. The app will not open.

This app regularly does not open or takes forever to get there. It also frequently fails to recognize that the lesson is complete and allow the test to be taken. This means I have to contact our education admin and have them update the system. Very buggy.

Need to press random points in to power point to proceed. Then when you press the points a pop-up question appears in the middle of the screen preventing view of material. You then have to press OK. The pop-up "must view all of the material before proceeding" will pop up repeatedly. To solve this problem the interactive power points need to be taken out and made regular power points. I had to quickly press Ok and the nxt point at basically the same second. Works way better on computers.

I am having trouble interacting with the required exercises in the app. Get a message to complete the exercise before going to the next window. I can't complete the exercises, or I sort of can but it skips part of the exercise.

The app doesn't allow me to get into it!! I restarted my phone thinking that was the issue nope, so, I uninstalled the Relias app proceeded to reinstall the app..still not the issue..NOPE just says loading...never OPENS!!!! My company wants me to do the In Services and I CAN NOT get in to do them!!!!! Beyond Frustrated 🥴 This app doesn't deserve a⭐👎0⭐s "apparently you NEED to give a ⭐ to be able to leave a review Ridiculous! Please FIX the issue whatever that may be..thank you

All the reviews is the same thing I'm going through a bunch of pop ups keep happening, and it goes so fast I can't exit out. This app will cost us our jobs if not done on time. Please fix your app, there is no reason why your app should be bugging out right now.

We use this app for training at a quickly growing Hospice Care company. The new Relias Learner app has one massive problem. When our users have a course, on their Android tablets, with a module that requires they download a document, it says "something went wrong". The only way to get through that module is to login via a browser, open the module, download the document and then close the browser and launch the video module in the app. It's way more work than it should be.

One of the single worst app experiences available. The UI seems actively resistant to effective use. Almost none of it scales so you'll find yourself pinch zooming in and out constantly to navigate through a module. It's only marginally more usable on a tablet but only by default, not better design.

Starts out fine, but if you need to pause and leave your course for more than a few minutes, this app freaks out and displays an error message. Forces me to have to close the application and start over again, which is a huge pain when some courses are already an hour long!

This app is terrible! If I login from the app, it boots me off by having a thousand pop up pages asking me to log back in, then an error message pops up. When I log on from my browser, it tells me to download the app! I've un-installed & reinstalled it but it still has the same problem! I can't start work until it's done. At this rate, I won't ever be a le to work for the company that recently hired me.

Absolutely horrible, glitches out every ten minutes atleast. I'm in the middle of a course and a pop up keeps coming up on the screen saying I need to finish that page before moving on but after I click okay the message continues to pop up not allowing me to finish said page. If you slightly even tip your phone or tablet the app freezes. I considered quiting my job several times in the first couple weeks because of how awful this site is.

Its ok- but a lot of the units are difficult to do on your phone. You have to turn phone and constantly slide back and forth to see. It's annoying and some units are impossible. Much easier on laptop.

can't even log in, just errors on a loop...

Just installed the update, and can't even use the app at all. Tried to complete a course but instead of advancing to the next slide, it crashes and returns to the menu. Can't get past slide 1. and when trying to view transcript, it crashes entirely. I had to uninstall because it's not usable at all.

This is the worst app I have ever used. The videos don't fit on the screen. Errors. Errors. Errors. Don't even try to "Click on each tab to learn more." You will waste your time bc it might not work or advance or recognize that you've clicked on them all...and that's once you click "got it!" on the 3 pop-ups that come for every 1 wrong click. Seriously, this is bad.

completed a course but unable to evaluate and get credit since the app closes.

It works when first installed, but if left unused for a while, it won't load when trying to open it. Also, it won't "save progress"/ "stay the status of being played" after finishing to play a video section, unlike the computer versions. This makes it very obnoxious to use because I'd rather be able to do other things while listening to the course and move on when I can come back to it. Not to mention, the videos won't play unless the phone is placed in landscape mode.

Mostly useless! Most of the time it simply opens the website in the browser, which tells me to use the app instead. On the rare occasions when it "works", I have to keep scrolling up and down repeatedly and it switches from landscape to portrait at the slightest movement of the phone because they don't know how to write code that will keep it that way (easy to do - look at any portrait game). Pure junk!!
