This app is not just user hostile, it flat out doesn't work at all. The application won't even make it past the initial loading screen, meanwhile I'm getting @$$ chewed at work because they want some $h!+ done but won't let me get any extra time in order to do it. FIX THIS D@MN APP!!! You are partnered with various state agencies and you can't make even a half decent learning app in conjunction with them, in order to help state employees get their training done?

I can't log in. when I try to it says error and since when do I get a response back in French based in California? I reached out to em and got told to tell my boss. Tried to reach someone and it seems they're always out of town. very disappointed 😑

Horribly designed app forced down employees throats. The companies we work for refuses to spend the time and effort for in person training to make sure we are trained correctly. Email spam, reminders and refusal to allow us a hair of overtime to complete the programs. The app will not open.

This app regularly does not open or takes forever to get there. It also frequently fails to recognize that the lesson is complete and allow the test to be taken. This means I have to contact our education admin and have them update the system. Very buggy.

Need to press random points in to power point to proceed. Then when you press the points a pop-up question appears in the middle of the screen preventing view of material. You then have to press OK. The pop-up "must view all of the material before proceeding" will pop up repeatedly. To solve this problem the interactive power points need to be taken out and made regular power points. I had to quickly press Ok and the nxt point at basically the same second. Works way better on computers.

I am having trouble interacting with the required exercises in the app. Get a message to complete the exercise before going to the next window. I can't complete the exercises, or I sort of can but it skips part of the exercise.

The app doesn't allow me to get into it!! I restarted my phone thinking that was the issue nope, so, I uninstalled the Relias app proceeded to reinstall the app..still not the issue..NOPE just says loading...never OPENS!!!! My company wants me to do the In Services and I CAN NOT get in to do them!!!!! Beyond Frustrated 🥴 This app doesn't deserve a⭐👎0⭐s "apparently you NEED to give a ⭐ to be able to leave a review Ridiculous! Please FIX the issue whatever that may be..thank you

All the reviews is the same thing I'm going through a bunch of pop ups keep happening, and it goes so fast I can't exit out. This app will cost us our jobs if not done on time. Please fix your app, there is no reason why your app should be bugging out right now.

We use this app for training at a quickly growing Hospice Care company. The new Relias Learner app has one massive problem. When our users have a course, on their Android tablets, with a module that requires they download a document, it says "something went wrong". The only way to get through that module is to login via a browser, open the module, download the document and then close the browser and launch the video module in the app. It's way more work than it should be.

One of the single worst app experiences available. The UI seems actively resistant to effective use. Almost none of it scales so you'll find yourself pinch zooming in and out constantly to navigate through a module. It's only marginally more usable on a tablet but only by default, not better design.
