This app UI is awful. Getting the account set up made me want to find a different app immediately. I hoped it would get better once I actually had my account. It didn't. You want to try and change settings for you class? Good luck following all the restrictions and notifications that don't show up. Oh you want to send an announcement to your class? Nice try. You'll have to select a different conversation for that. This app feels like it was made in the early 2000s and hasn't been touched since.

It's a great way to stay in touch with my kids teachers and coaches- even other parents. I just love it!!! To clarify the answers I gave to the additional questions, this is a text app, so you communicate your best way- English, Spanish, German, French, Polish, etc. It is as easy as using any text app like Messenger or Text Now, and a little bubble pops up to notify you of new messages.

Frustrating! Remind/help isn't helping either! A few days ago the app changed where I can no longer send an announcement to "Everyone" in my class. Now that option has disappeared! Why?! It was the most efficient and easiest way to get a quick note out to my class! I've emailed help team & they say uninstall & reinstall the new version. IT'S NOT THERE! for the 1000th time & it needs fixed! I will need to delete this app and find a better solution because this app no longer meets my needs.

It is nice to use as a basic chat app with your classes, however it is EXTREMELY limited. Videos cannot be shared or uploaded, which to me seems like the very first thing you'd want to have for your class. Announcements, which are how you talk to your whole class, are limited to an extremely small number of characters, voice messages are ridiculously limited to like 15 seconds.

I've never had an app with this many issues. It's supposed to be a way to keep in contact with your child's teachers, but I never receive notifications for new messages despite having push notifications selected and my phone's notifications on as well. In device maintenance it constantly shows this app has crashed. Every year there's a new issue. When I go into the to app it takes forever to load and I have to retype my email at the start every time! What happened to keeping us signed in!

Overall, it's a great app. Most of the clubs and activities at my school send out info through Remind, so the app is handy to have. There's no ads in the way and it's easy to use. The only down side it that there's no option to delete, archive or even hide old conversation. I still have random conversations from teachers and classmates from 2017! And since the main page of the app is the conversations, they get in the way and are really annoying. Please fix this!!! Then I'll give it 5 stars.

Can't upload videos of routines or plays from a game, only 9 people per conversation (when you don't want to do an announcement), no calendar available to mark events and set reminders, difficult to navigate communication threads when part of many groups, and there is not an easy way to share documents (you have to take a picture and then upload that picture) you can only upload one picture at a time. I have used much better apps but this is the only one approved through the school district.

It's perfect for getting reminders. However, it's not easy to delete classes once they are over. Also it will sometimes continue to give alert to unread messages that I'm unable to find anywhere and it looks like all messages have been read. Maybe they could set class expiration dates so that participants can confirm when they are no longer in a class and so that organizers can remember to delete the class. As for the unread messages, unsure how it could be fixed.

It does it's job, just rather difficult. The issue is that about every time I open it on my phone (LG Android if you need to know) it takes me to a sign in page and has me confirm my email unreasonably often and I can't seem to find a 'stay signed in' option. Another issue is that in order for a message to send, I have to close the app and open it again. However both of these issues seem to be far less occurring when using it on my iPad.

This is a really nice app to communicate with my team! A part of me wishes that regular students could message anyone, not just leaders. It's kind of difficult sometimes for students to go through me for information on another. Notifications are almost instant and I haven't had many problems so far. Joining classes is alright, but sometimes it duplicated my account. I would definitely reccomend this app!
