I’ve been using the Remote Control for RokuTV app for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you control your Roku TV using your smartphone or tablet. Pretty convenient if you ask me.

The app has a nice big touchpad for easy navigation, plus there’s a virtual keyboard for typing stuff. And you can even do voice search, which is super handy when you can’t find the remote. The best part is it works with all Roku TV models – I’ve used it on my older Roku as well as the new 4K one.

Look, if you’re a Roku user, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can be a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job really well. Worth checking out if you want an easy way to control your TV from your phone.

So here's my honest take on Remote Control for RokuTV. I've tested a bunch of TV remote apps and this one's pretty solid. The interface is intuitive and it's great being able to control my Roku from anywhere in the house. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other apps, but it gets the basics right. If you just need a simple way to navigate your Roku, this is a pretty good option.
