The app constantly glitches, won't sync and changed the measurement from inches to cm on historical data. When I reached out to tech support they said it had to be user error and that I didn't know how to use the device correctly, rather than ask further questions to see if their app might actually have an issue. The older renpho app seems to be better suited for it's purpose.

Refuses to connect via Bluetooth to my scale. Have a galaxy s10, followed directions to pair, and my phone's Bluetooth itself can find the scale. But the app fails to recognize it and will not connect. The scale seems to work fine though. App doesn't. When pairing with device through my phone's Bluetooth it says the device shows up as "ES-24M" and says "An app is needed to use this device" and won't connect, and it won't connect via the app directly either. Edit:was resolved by turning on GPS.

Difficult to navigate, as a UX designer it hurts me a little. It takes way too much "testing" to determine where high profile, user-favored features, like adding a second user, are stored. I do this for a living and still can't find it. They also need to correct their grammar (low confidence) and consider that people buy this scale for alternate reasons. It almost turned me off of the entire product when my only options for my goals were "weight loss, diet, shaping." I'm a recovering anorexic.

I like the app and being able to track my weight loss progress. It can be quite motivating once I get started. However, the user interface isn't very well designed. It can be difficult to find what I'm looking for and I can't seem to locate a page where I can see which "measurements" goals I've set; I've just been able to see this by pretending I want to add more "target" measurements and scrolling over. MOST IMPORTANTLY: can we get a dark mode?

This app SUCKS. The entire reason I got the app is because I bought the Bluetooth scale to track my body fat percentage/water content/ muscle mass. It won't give me any data beyond my weight and BMI. You can't use the app without setting a 'goal' such as weight loss/shaping and then it shames you for your weight/BMI by saying they're 'not up to standard.' I didn't come for a substandard fitness app, I just want to track my percentages, as advertised. Tell me why this is the one thing it won't do

Your new app sucks, BIG TIME! Your old app qas flawless, easy to use and simple. Forcing us to use this new one that doesn't even import all the family members and making me start over was frustrating to say the least. On top of that, adding more than one member did not even save any of the member's information, especially using the body measurement. Took an hour doing everyone's just to find out that the save didn't even save... and no one's measurements came up under their profile! Fix ur app!

It's works great!!...when it's working. It'll take my measurements with the scale, but I'm not sure if it's saving it or not and then more than half the time I can't access trends or input any of my measurements. There needs to be a way to save to your local device and not just on the cloud that I somehow can't access because of "network issues" when there's nothing wrong with my Internet.

Not as good as the last, the food scale option is overrated. Bofy scale is awesome. I was tired of manually entering meals and ingredients in my fitness apps. Sadly the "library " is useless. It puts every option as the same stats, even for a simple canned vegetable. It's enough to make me give up meal prep again.

Unlike the old "Renpho" app, this new one cannot be loaded from the Play Store on my Samsung Tablets. Also poor is that this app must ALSO be OPEN for the scale to communicate with it. Why make a new app, then not make it available to any device, and take away automatic weight logging? I was able to finally sideload the app, and it worked mostly OK. Looks like the screen scaling is off a little -- don't know why they wouldn't make it smart enough to make the app fit any reasonable sized screen.

I, like others, likely only got this app because the original app would incessant about telling me that there was a new app available. Of course it included "social" in the pitch - as if I want any element of my smart scale tied into any social aspect of my life. But alas - I was not surprised to find that it's no better than the original application except now that it takes longer to get to my intended destination. Why have one click access when you can have three! 😒
