I think this is an amazing app because it shows in detail of places for rent wherever one might be interested, providing excellent photos and detailed information to finding your new home with ease.

only used it a handful of times but so far I like it. the one I thing I would improve on is when using the 3D feature to let us hold the screen and you walk instead of having to tap to where you wanna go.

So far a good site, All types of Apartment Homes,Townhomes,with a budget for everyone. It'll be interesting to see how true it is when it comes to "Second Chance Living"! People look down upon others that have to go this route yet they've Not A Clue Nor Care To Know Why That Is, Why Do I NEED A Second Chance. Life Is Not Predictable Have a husband with Several Health Issues & Dementia being the most difficult illnesses, married Only 4 years Dementia 3 yrs. That's My Why!

They don't check these listing. 2 listing we saw were occupied. I filled the applications and paid $49/application only to discover these postings were fraud and I was scammed. I would not recommend this site if you're trying to find somewhere to live.

App is filled with fake listings that scammers have put up. Highly recommend google searching the addresses that are posted cause they to see if they are listed elsewhere. Out of 4 places I clicked on, none of them were listed anywhere else which is a red flag

It's crazy how I reported a listed for fraud/scams but the support email doesn't exist. I will not be using this app anymore

easy to save what you want but there's one thing: if I can have an AI virtual to answer some more question before contacting the person,it should be the best app ever

I'm one person that doesn't need ton spend more then 1,000 on a place try to put that in the filter and it won't let me save that in there because it says there are no matching options. So then i keep getting updates about houses and apartments.There are 1,400 or more. Time to uninstall this app.

Filtering options are a joke and dont work. you put house and you get trailers. Pretty much all of southern California posts are for one bedroom with a shared bathroom. When looking for a house, you have to sift for the needle in the haystack. Recommendations: Fix filters, add a staff review process to ensure correct categories selected by posters, and an HOA fee filter added. With AI, this could be automated and make your app/site much more pleasant to use.

It is extremely limited and user unfriendly. The map search gets automatically erased constantly. There is absolutely no method to actually filter results. Yes, I do see the filter symbol sometimes, but the majority of the time it is invisible and thus useless. A suggestion is for the "engineers" to spend some time from the perspective of an app user. One cannot even change a password. That's basic stuff that most apps had figured out in 2008. You cannot even send feedback or report a rental.

Filters does not work. Sends me listing from other states instead of where I had requested.

It's ok. Easy to browse through different listings, there's many different options and preferences to choose from. However, their log in features are buggy. I had to reset my password, so they sent a link to my email. The link automatically opened via the app; however, it kept directing me to their Sign Up, not Password Reset. I opened up my search engine with the link provided and reset my password. After doing so, now it's not letting me log in because of an 'authentication' issue.
