Description
Been playing Resident Center for a couple months now. It’s basically a mobile app that lets you manage your rental property – make payments, submit maintenance requests, chat with your property manager, and stay up to date on community news. Pretty solid app if you’re a renter or landlord.
Here’s what you do: you can set up autopay so you never miss a rent deadline again. There’s also a way to easily submit maintenance tickets and even include photos so your property manager can get on it ASAP. And the community feed is nice – your building manager can post announcements about parking bans, social events, that kind of stuff.
Look, if you’re a renter or landlord, you’ll probably find Resident Center really useful. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a simple way to handle your rental property stuff.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Resident Center. I've tested a bunch of property management apps and this one's pretty solid. And the autopay and maintenance request features are super convenient, and I like how you can easily stay informed about your building. The only real downside is the UI - it's not the most intuitive and took me a while to figure out. But once you get the hang of it, it's a pretty useful app, especially if you're juggling multiple rental properties.
