Just when I thought things couldn't possibly get any worse....the update. Now, the hearing aids automatically connect the direct audio streaming on my cellphone. Every time I turn it off, it automatically turns back on. Instant headache every time. Extremely dangerous in my profession and I have no way to stop this from happening. I emailed the company immediately upon the update and have yet to hear anything.

Every day I have connectivity problems...Every day! 3 1/2 years, in and out of repair, still as bad as day 1. Always do updates, follow pairing instructions, uninstall and reinstall app, search for online help but they will not stay connected. I really need the controls the app offers but it won't work. I don't want to change brands but it might be the only fix. You owe me ReSound!

My hearing aids were intolerable with this app. One hearing aid would stop working in the middle of a phone call, streaming an audible book, etc. Had to open and close battery case to reset, then sometimes the other hearing aid would quit working. In addition, my phone would ring in my hearing aids, but when I answered the phone I couldn't hear the caller. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and performance got worse. App in theory is great, in practice it's unusable.

Works well when it's working but it loses the connection too often. I shouldn't have to reboot the app several times a day. It will lose connection even if I'm very close to the phone. Update: now that I've been using the aids and the app for a while it still disconnects . Continued connection was pretty good until a recent phone update. March 2019 Update: Works well when it works but disconnects are still way too frequent. I tap the app icon and it takes 10 seconds or more to open and then the HA's have to reconnect I have to restart the app and/or reboot my aids which is a real pain if I'm out somewhere. My HA's are the ReSound LiNX 3D. My phone is a Nokia 6.1 running Android 9. The hearings aids are great but not this app.

Initially both were connected and I was just beginning to learn to use the app. I received a phone call which evidently only connects to the left aid and from then on problems with the app. I no longer am able to control or customize the environment. Only the left will connect now despite turning airplane mode off and on (which shouldn't be the fix anyway since it is a known problem and the app needs fixing!). And, streaming music and connecting calls should be optional, not forced.

I've got my ReSound One hearing aids on Dec 2nd 2021. The doctor set me up and we installed this app. It worked very well until a few weeks ago. The Bluetooth connection to my phone was good but then I lost communication to my phone. I couldn't hear my phone calls, listen to music etc.. I checked the Bluetooth connection, It was good. I reloaded the app, now can't access it completely. My Bluetooth shows its connected but it will not allow me access anything. It loaded and work well on my i-pad

I've worn hearing aids since age 5, and I'm now 42. There is only one problem. When streaming music to a speaker, if I walk too far away from my phone, music stops and switches to my hearing aids when I come back. I would love to be able to turn off media streaming to my aids but still use them for phone calls while streaming to external speakers - other devices allow this. Fix this and you get 5 stars.

It effectively allows me to calibrate/configure my hearing aids. It does that, so I don't dislike it too much. My problem is with the audio streaming feature. I don't like it and the sound quality is poor. I wish I could turn it off but I can't. It automatically streams to my hearing aids even when I have something else I would rather use paired. The streaming also frequently drops if I try to use it. If I could just turn off the streaming feature and keep them paired I wouldn't even mind.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! ReSound hearing aids, while extremely expensive, do not have the cell phone compatibility advertised. They cater to a very select group of Samsung phones and iPhones only. If you do not own one of these, do not waste your time. UPDATE: So, rather than working on compatibility ReSound has a $300 Phone Clip+ bluetooth adapter. So much for working on phone compatibility.

Worked well for a few months, now it constantly disconnects. I'm not going to keep uninstalling the app because I always lose my favorite settings. Not happy with the hearing aids or the app. Next time I'm buying a different brand. Update- Got the same old generic response from support. About uninstalling, clean the phone, blah, blah, blah. Still same results.
