the hearing aids worked well with my phone except calls and audio quit working after updating the software. Re-pairing the hearing aids doesn’t help as it used to. Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the software and another pairing seems to have resolved the issue to some extent. However, re-pairing the hearing aids is still necessary occasionally.
