Lost all my progress because a full page ad that wasn't able to be closed. Edit 1 to "Developer"- Make your ads where you can close them without me closing your entire app. I couldn't "save my progress" because a full page ad popped up that wasn't able to be closed. I had to close the entire app to get it to go away and then my progress was lost. I'm not going to continue to use an app that has full page unclosable ads. But thank you for replying to me as if I was unintelligent. Uninstalled.

It is the best for never having to format a resume again. I love it. No need for a computer. The only thing I think it needs is when cutting and pasting from another document, I found that I had two completely different text fonts and I couldn't tell but when I finally printed it out it looked stupid so I probably lost out on some opportunities.

I FINALLY found a FREE APP. YES FREE. I tried other apps but they make you do all that work to try and charge you a fee at the end. Not this app. It is also easy and clear to use. I finally have a beautiful, professional and good looking resume. And I can continue to search for jobs with confidence. Thank you a lot 🙂 I would give them 10 ⭐s if I could

I spent 2 hours typing out a resume. When I finally got done, I clicked download. Everything I typed disappeared, and the app went back to the beginning. After charging me, of course. Well then, you need to check your app.Because when you get to a certain point a page pops up and wants a credit card and will not go any further without it.

Not so good so far and won't be going any further. I have an extensively long work history as old as I am. Recorded 70% of it with this app. Took a couple of breaks during the three hours it took me to get so far saving each step. I then decide to come back to it 6 hrs later after saving it of course and the whole resume was gone! Unrecoverable, one option available and that is to start a new one, which I'll do but certainly not on this app.

Reason I'm giving 4 star it's because I don't understand why can't I rearrange the headings to be in order of my choice for all the templates. For some templates, the personal details appear at the bottom. If I say I want the personal details to appear on top, that must apply for all the templates. I did use "rearrange/edit headings" it didn't work. Edit: Yes

Just all around the best resume builder for free that you can find. I tried a few and they were difficult to use or full of ads. You may see a couple of ads while using this but it is nothing that gets annoying. Other apps like this just clicking a different a tab brings you an ad. Or non stop interrupting your resume building to bring you an ad. Also love the customization options and the ease of use.

This app was a life saver. I'm a teen looking for a job, and I can't afford all of those resume makers that cost money. I also don't really want to go through all the work of making a complex resume on something like Google docs. Amazing options, and with barely any ads, which was also great because I didn't have a lot of Time to lose. there is even a signature option 😄 great app, I love it

I can't believe this app is free! Some people actually pay $50+ for what this app offers- Ex: variety of tools, variety of formatting, advice/ tips, printable, editing, and you can make, save, and store more than 1 resume. This app has EVERYTHING you need to create a professional resume and cover letter, best part is it only takes 20-30 minutes (depending on how much you add) but all the different formatting is just a click, instead of MS Word & spacing. I would DEF recommend this app!

I liked the fact that there where plenty of templates and examples in each section to help those who are new to making resumes. The app was easy to use, and I appreciate that it is free. There were a couple ads but compared to other free apps and games I have used it was very light, people have to make money some how. The skill section didn't always save my skills and I made sure I pressed the save button. After a couple tries it worked just fine and the resume looks good.

There is no way to cancel the monthly fee once you sign up. The app worked great . I found an amazing job and no longer need the service. I would advise anyone to think twice before committing to anything within the app. You can't fully build your resume without using the in-app purchase, which is a subscription that comes out monthly. It worked great but now I'm stuck with a fee and no contact info or way within the app to cancel.

This app was by far the best one that I've came across for actually making a decent resume. Good templates and the finished product is wonderful. I could even download it to my phone, for no extra charge. but everytime I go to upload it onto an application, on an employers website, it will not work. It shows that the file is there, but it will not let me click on it to finish the upload process. Also, once downloaded onto my phone, there is no way to go in and edit. unless you go back on the app.

I can not give this app enough stars!!! So user friendly. I worked on it off and on for a few weeks. Never lost anything I saved, not once. It made the entire process SO easy. Even offers job descriptions to enter easily. Many different templates to easily choose from. I HIGHLY recommend. I downloaded 3 apps to assist with resume building and cover letter writing. Got rid of the other 2 almost immediately. Thank you!!

Super easy way to write a beautiful resume and cover letter (if needed)! Also, you can choose different templates & colors which can make your resume stand out. It's also super easy to go back and edit your resume and cover letter for use when applying for a different job. So many options to choose from, I really wish that this app was around years ago. Easy to use. Best resume I've ever made myself. Definitely beats paying any professional resume writer/updater like Office Max.

For everyone saying "The app did what it needed to do but it DID ask for $1.99 for the first 7 days then $28 after that" that was actually an ad you clicked on called Resume Co. It happened to me to then I can't to the reviews because I wanted to see if anyone else was struggling with cancelling it. Turns out about it people made the same mistake, so I just checked my bank statement and sure enough when I looked it up I was able to cancel/unsubscribe from their website.

I don't leave many reviews but I just had to:) This app is easy to use, edit, save, etc. It has different templates you can use, formats to choose from and you can easily add sections or rearrange everything! You can download and save for free and I had no problems uploading it to several different websites. Zero complaints. Good job guys! Wish more apps were like this

This is one of the best app to make CV and it is user friendly, and there is no Subscription fee. This app also allows you to create your own sections and to arrage your sections according to the order that you want. It just have one or two ads and they don't even take 5 seconds. I just wish that they can add templates of Cover Letter, that is what is left in this app.

After heeding the advice from the developer I take back what I've said. This app isn't a waste of time. Just avoid the pop-ups. I'd rate 5 stars if it weren't for the resume ads and pop ups. I couldn't tell if some were pop ups or a part of the app until the developer said so. I was also unfamiliar with the UI and how its layed out and labeled. Now that I'm pass that, this will most likely be my go to resume builder.

wrote out a beautiful resume, paid for it, and now it's gone. no place to cancel my subscription, I feel like I got scammed. Thank God I can lock my card. In response to the response on my post, MAYBE don't have an AD right in the middle of the page that makes it look like part of the download! IT'S CONFUSING AND MISLEADING!

I ended up paying resume.co for a resume. Realized it was a mistake and now I dont have a resume on this app. I filled out the cover letter at least, but when I hit view CV, nothing happens. I have spent hours of sleep time on this. Im no closer to getting any documents, just spinning the wheels and wishing I could get a new job. They must have a deal with the resume website and are using this to scam people. Why else make it so confusing to use the app or even have a competing ad?
