Terrible. Can't login, keeps crashing. Going to have to go back to the terrible mobile site instead of using this abomination of an "app"
Can't login. Gets server error when using my phone number. Doesn't recognize my email/password. Will be stuck using the website until the app is fixed.

can't login, it says password is invalid even though I just reset the password and confirmed it works on the website. also can't log in via phone number, I get a server error. worthless app.
Glad to have the app back on Android! Installed and logged in without issue. Navigating the menus thus far has been smooth.

Just installed it on my Pixel 10 pro. Tried to log in to existing account by entering my cellphone number, but each time I get "internal server error" message. I can't use this app.
Absolutely dumb and worthless reservation platform. If you have a dinner reservation, it does not allow you to schedule a lunch reservation on the same day, and automatically cancels the dinner reservation.
A catastrophe of an app that just flat out crashes, or only shows blank screens, or errors out and tells me to try again later. Despite setting my location in the settings, it keeps insisting I'm in Manhatten and every time I change screens it goes right back to showing restaurants in Manhatten and I have to keep manually switching it back to my home city. Do yourself a favor and don't devolve by using the app, just open the website on your phone and you'll have a 100% better experience.
app works well finding restaurants near me. functionality isn't the same as iOS but it's better than web.
terrible map that can't remember my location, and will let you make a reservation right as a restaurant is closing (screwed up date night). worse than every other option.
App resets location and search settings quickly, for example if you leave the app for 2 minutes to look at reviews. unclear if/how to use filters, and overall just difficult to navigate the app. Downloaded because the mobile web experience wasn't great but somehow the app is even worse.
IDK why the app is so poorly rated and where all the hate is coming from. I just got the app to use the AMEX rewards. The app was easy as hell to setup, including linking my AMEX card. It was under a minute. Found plenty of restaurants near me, picked one and got the reservation set almost instantly.
there is no easy way to just see dates/ times available. there is no way to just request a certain future date and be notified when the schedule is posted or any good followup. as a whole, the app is trash. it's easy to color code a calendar and mark dates with available times, regardless of light or dark mode.
this is a total scam. Starting from the login issue and they put the restaurant where we can't make a reservation either on the app or the website. I contacted them they said, "I checked and it looks like this venue is taking reservations through another platform." I don't know Amex knows this I will contact them for this.
Terrible app. It's very difficult to pinpoint and find restaurants no matter where I'm at in the world. On top of that, you can't rate the restaurants on the app. Which, btw are mostly overrated, overpriced and not fine dining at all. Should be interesting, with the new $400 Resy credit with AMEX platinum cards.
dont know if theres something wrong with the app but theres nothing here.. I get a list of 5 restaurants in San Diego. the search doesn't work at all. changing location doesn't work. theres no option for search radius. no way to just get a list of restaurants. this needs alot of work. surprised amex is partnering with this app.
