This is a fantastic app and very user friendly. It really gives you insight on the neighborhoods and what to look for in regards to price trends before you buy a home. Most detailed and dynamic real estate info app on the market. You still want a Zillow or Redfin to make final purchase decisions, but this app gives all the metadata context to understand the value of your purchase options.

Don't bother downloading this app, unless you're looking to pay for something you've never been able to try out first. It's only free to download & then they want your email address, just to turn around & give you nothing in return. ZERO ACCESS to anything until you give them $$$. So who knows if the data is even worth it or if it's all just a scam. I'll save you the TIME, PERSONAL DATA & $$$, Skip This SCAM!

I tried downloading the app, and it continually glitches itself closed on my Droid phone. I give it three stars because I love their YouTube videos and really appreciate their market analysis. I hope they are able to fix the bugs on the app.

you can't do anything unless you pay and the app pops up a "sign up" prompt on just about everything you touch. super annoying. Not sure who the target market is, but I don't think it's regular home buyers at the cost.

Information at your fingertips. I don't use this as much as I do capturing data on actual properties, into doc files, in 2 target areas. The app is useful in determining which areas to target within a portion of a state where I rent to retire to (I lived in the state in the 80s). Using the app prevents major wasted time looking in the wrong place. I recommend it for that reason.

You have to login and pay in order to do anything. There is no guide to the numbers showing on the map either. you have no idea what you're looking at.

I'm so glad to have reliable data concerning the housing market at my fingertips! I don't know of anywhere else you can find this aggregated together.

New update fixed a previous issue on Android where it was repeatedly crashing when preparing and loading data during the app initiation. seems more stable now with both data loading and searching.

The information on the app is scattered out there, but Reventure puts it all in an easy to look up and understand location. I'm not looking to invest but buy a house next year.to retire. This should save me money.

Helped keep me from making a bad decision. The information aggregation and access is amazing, as long as you understand how to use it. We desperately wanted to buy a bigger house, but all the data on this app told us to wait. It kept us from making a large mistake, as 2 years later, the trends forecast was proven correct. Well worth the subscription price for 3 months.

This is a great app for those looking for solid numbers to back their real estate decision. It provides metrics for rental markets, domestic migration, and a very helpful home price forecast score. The interface is very intuitive and explains the meaning of the different metrics very well. The support is also phenomenal. Every time I've had an issue they've been quick to resolve it. I've been a paid subscriber since the app has been released and it's been money well spent.

As a one month paid user, or someone preparing to buy a house (soon), I'd rate this app fairly priced and five stars. Great app, especially if they simplify their scoring approach. If your time horizon is longer, I don't think the market moves fast enough or their data is granular enough to justify on-going fees.
