Used to be great now it's plain horrible. Transactions declined left right and centre for no reason or what's worse, kept pending: you buy a ticket, the amount is hanging in the air so the vendor says they have nothing, won't let you enter the exhibition or whatever and then you have to go through all the frustration and forms to dispute the transaction etc. Had a metal plan but boy am I cancelling Revolut

Warning to not get scammed: "free trial" for their upgrade is not actually free, they charge a cancelation fee. Yeah they can say it's in their terms and conditions, but it's not even that easy to find the specific paragraph and it refers to paid subscription in general, not to "free" trials that they constantly shove adds for down your throat. But love companies that use technically legal loopholes to get as much money out of you as possible

Good app, terrible customer care. In theory it could be a nice app with several features. But you just have to hope you will never need support from the customer care, otherwise you will just waste time. I wanted my sister to also have Revolut, it's been 6 months now and she can't activate her account because the account verification procedure is totally NONSENSE. We have exchanged with several agents for weeks, they can't sort this out and don't understand the issue.

I keep having issues with this app lately. Every few top-ups, the transaction will be declined, and it appears that the error is with the other bank when the issue is with Revolut. It takes a while for the funds to become available, and it's most annoying when I needed the money for a transaction and my money is blocked. It's really annoying. I used to use this app very often, but now I'm searching for alternatives

Tried out the Revolut app recently and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything felt. The interface is clean, and everything is laid out in a way that’s easy to understand. I didn’t have to dig around to find what I needed — from sending money to checking exchange rates, it all feels super straightforward. Definitely one of the more user-friendly finance apps I’ve tried.

One of the worst customer support experiences I have ever interacted with. Revolut is unable to verify my account, & customer support is utterly useless. I have been in contact with them over the last few weeks, & each time I have to give them the same information, & they ask me to enter the same details over and over. No one seems competent enough to actually help. Edit after contacting support again: nope, still as useless as ever. Issue not resolved and Revolut team still cannot seem to help.

if I could put a zero star I would!! Worst bank ever. No direct phone number for assistance. only app AI agent, giving generic answers. Temp lock on my account for no reason, apparently for verification purposes but it doesnt take 2 weeks. And they send me the same messages. Just want my money back!! The review process on your account is still ongoing. I assure you that we are doing our best to finish this for you as soon as possible. You'll be notified once any resolution is available.

promises all features but you cannot use them or you cannot pass their hidden terms and conditions. they constantly change the Information architecture and navigation . don't upgrade by any means as you never get what is promised. not enough lounges, travel insurance is a scam. you need to use revolut for all your trip costs ( or at least 70%). plus you cannot have multi stops journeys to your destination.

The app is basically perfect for every type of financial transaction I can think of, from international transactions to shares and other things. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it has this random tendency to stop working. You have to reinstall it to get it to work again. This bug happens once in a blue moon though. I haven't been able to test what triggers it yet
