Not able to verify identity though I mentioned correct information. Tried 3-4 times to enter the details and then they locked the account. When I called customer care they said they cannot verify on phone and I need to use app to do so. After a week I tried to enter the details again and this time it showed a mesage that details are verified. And when I tried to transfer money it again shows that your identity can not be verified. Worst experience ever.

I have used similar apps to send money to Mexico, this one was taking forever to send the money, I understand that I was a new customer but more than 24 hrs? Seems like tonmuch trouble. The first transaction was cancel and the sexond one was taking too long. Even after canceling l, the mail says that it will take up to 10 days for the money to be refunded. Too bad because the rates are really good.

They pretend people to pay with debit or credit card so they can make more profit, instead of paying with bank information which once they have verified that it is a legit bank account, you shouldn't be waiting 4 to 6 days for them to have the money available for withdrawal or deposited in the foreign bank account. And they have the worst customer service ever. And who's saying otherwise? You shouldn't have to wait longer with a verified account than by paying more with a credit card.

Have been using the app for over a year now. Has been giving the best rates so far. The main problem is the app still has issues. The recipient information constantly gets mixed up even after I update it every single time. I have to pull in all the information to update every 2 weeks. Inhave raised it with support team and they literally don't have an answer. Will look for other alternatives.

Please, don't waste your time and money using this company. They just cancel your transaction, block your account and dont even tell yiu why. After a 30 minutes phone call, 99% of time on hold, just to be told they can't do the transaction online and you have to visit a location. You spend 2 days verifying the bank accounts just to start doing your business and then go to zero again. Don't waste your time.

Tried to create my account, never let me, said my account was created and then a message will come up saying something went wrong, I tried to reset the password, and the same thing, it would say successfully changed, then says your password hasn't been reset, we are trying to fix it as soon as possible, I tried several ways, I was never able to sign in. This app sucks. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

This app is a fraud. When you try to send money 💰 there, it won't indicate the limit, and when you send it, it will show transaction successfully, but the system will cancel it later and get your account blocked indefinitely. And if you try to call them, they'll tell you they can't do anything about it, but they will direct you go to their location in your area so that they can charge you more. PURE FRAUD ... PATHETIC SERVICE

Good app, awesome rates. One issue I noticed is that an error message keeps popping up, and when I close the app and reopen, it forgets my log in info, and the error message also keep popping up with each windows I open. You guys are doing a good job, but to get a great one, you really need to fix this. It gets annoying to use.

I've been trying to reset my password. The code was sent, I put in the code and it was wrong. I've tried several times till my account was locked. It said ro to again in 30 mins. The time limit is 30 secs. Update in 30.... After 30mins(or so) same result...iput in the code and i clicked the CONTINUE button and it said something like Attempted 2 times or something of the sort. Why is this?

Uploading and setting up the app was easy on my end. However, receiving money through the app onto the bank card seems impossible. For the second day, the person I sent money to is trying to access the status of the transfer and only seeing the message about too many people using the service and being asked to try later. Unacceptable. I won't use it again and won't recommend it.

I had initiated a transaction yesterday via bank transfer, the time frame was not mentioned. It took me 15 to 20 minutes to fill the details, called customer service, am informed it would be credited by 6th. That is almost 4 days. Next I asked fee for a debit card transaction and they don't know, how much the fee would be. After I input the whole debit card details, then only I would know the fee. The customer service agent was rude and hung up on me.

Doesn't allow to send money for no reason. You dont receive any error messages on the app, and the transaction just abandons abruptly. On the site, the error messages are of no use. Either they do not provide any help at all to understand what went wrong with your transaction. The customer support team is utterly helpless. They only give one reason that I need to wait 30 days before I can make any transfer when infact it has been well over that duration since I have made any transactions.

The app worked well for a few months, now every single transfer gets cancelled for no reason. I tried using a different card with enough money on it, it still gets cancelled. I made sure everything was fine with the recipent's bank, it still gets cancelled. I contact customer service and they swear it's not an issue on their end. Meanwhile I'm unistalling and taking my buisness back to Remitly since I know the money will go through.... Horrible service.

The app and website are good when it works. I have reported issues on app and website earlier and they don't take it seriously. For example, on the home page of the website, if you change country from USA to UK, it still shows the calculations in dollar amounts instead of pounds. It is on their *home* page. This is a prime example of how ill tested their site and app is.

I am not sure about the App. But giving my experience here. It has one of the worst customer service in the world. Never ever I have seen this type of service. My account got locked I tried calling them many times since 4-5 months but they haven't called or resolved my issue. And they never pick call or call you back. One of the worst service. My case is to only unlock the account and they still not resolving or picking up the call. So in case of any fraud what they will do.

Tried to send money, app kept saying something went wrong and to try again. I did try 3 more times with same message only to find out that the transfer did go though and I emptied my bank account. I was charged for each transaction. Called Ria, I was on hold 20 minutes before a recording stated the call center was closed. UPDATE... They were not happy with my review and canceled my transactions. 10 days to get my money... They are crooks!

Why have the option to send money to someone via debit card for cash pickup if you are just going to cancel it because it's "suspicious." No calls, no emails, no "Hey share your ID for verification." Every single time, you keep doing this. Just remove the option and make people go in person. You are just wasting people's time, and then also their money because it costs more to do it in person than it does from the app.

Not a user friendly app I tried to send $10k from my Chase bank account to my ICICI bank account, but the transaction failed without any clear reason. When I submitted an appeal form, I was told that I can no longer send money due to “safety concerns” I provided all my information, yet they were unable to resolve the issue. Instead, they kept insisting that I go to a physical location to send money. I have since switched to Remitly which works smoothly without any issues Simple and user friendly

RIA is going the same path it predecessors went and collapsed. The transaction is first put on hold, goes through the normal security and compliance check(for at least a day) after you provide all the necessary documents, then you receive another e-mail that everything is cleared, the transaction is updated in the app as in progress, then after 5 days , you realized that the transaction is canceled...for security reason. And it will take you up to 10 business days to get your money back...

Ria is going down. They mistakenly deleted my registered bank account that I have been using for years. This happened when I was trying to add a second bank account unsuccessfully. I went through calls with many agents, who apparently don't know what the current way to add account is. I've been dealing with them since April 2025 till now (September). The app asks you to go through "Plaid", but apparently Plaid is useless. I've been condemned to use debit cards for transactions.
