DOES NOT PAY! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! I spent months on this app. I thought this was a great app and I promoted it on my socials. first cashout didn't come. contacted customer service THREE times NEVER heard back! I saw a review that said they had to get Richie+ before they ever got paid so I did that. tried cashing out again and got an email saying there was "suspicious activity" on my account so I was taken off automatic payments. and they would pay me in 1-2 days. waited a week so I uninstalled it

at first I love this app then it just got worse and worse.I've been waiting over 6 months for my first reward payout every time I email the help they never get back to me. now you need $100 in rewards to cash out when it used to be 25. it is almost impossible to even get a reward now and when you do they won't pay it out anyway.the app is intrusive and pops itself open whenever it feels like won't close when you try to close it and closes down games and overrides anything. im uninstalling

BEWARE, DO NOT SPEND A CENT THROUGH THIS APP!! Almost three months waiting for the payout to "process", worst of all I spent real money on in game purchases believing this this was an honest company. please don't make my mistake, never spend any money on any games you play through Richie Games. Emails either go unanswered or you get sent a link to their FAQ that does nothing to address the issue of non-payment on their part. they just give empty "Thank you for your feedback" replies.

Update: still havent received payout or heard from anyone. So I have been playing this game for quite some time and I finally put in my request to cash out my prize on the 26th or 28th of July and it says your redemption takes 5 days to be processed and mine still says in review. I've contacted customer service 4 times and still waiting to hear something back. I even spent a ridiculous amount of my own money on playing these games just to get up enough coins to cash out and this is what they do

I like how the platform keeps a bubble on the screen so you can see basic progress. I would suggest making the tapable bubble also show us how much time we have been in the current task...timing....how close we are to finishing. I don't comment often, so this should say something good 6 month update.. cashed out n haven't received payment. contacted support n no answer. math on coins don't add up without ripping us off ... DELETED

When I first started using them, they had smaller amounts starting from $5 and up. After I obtained a gift card through them for $10, the only options that were available to me were $100 & $150 in all various gift cards and payments. Ok I'll go for it. After some time, I had enough to get a $150 PayPal payment. App said it should be processed in about 5 business days. Well it's been over 20 business days nothing. I reached out to their help email and not even a reply. Fix this please.

Update: I still haven't received anything. I'm beginning to think this is a scam like so many others. Waiting a month and a half for cashout is ridiculous! The games are great. They have a lot of different choices, but cash out is ridiculously slow. I requested my money over a month ago and still have not received anything. Even after contacting support. I would be happy to give a higher rating if they streamline and speed up the cash out process.

deleting this app. after playing games for over two years and doing hundreds of surveys, i got enough points to earn 50 bucks for my PayPal. when I went to claim, i got this message: "Oops! Please make 5 purchases in any game you play in Richie, to be able to claim your gift card." so in short, i need to spend some cash in game to be allowed to receive the cash out I've been working on for ever. most games I went into the cheapest are 4 dollars per and up. it'll cost me near 40 to get 50. sad.

it keeps running in my background and I have all permissions turned off for this app. it plays by itself and I'm not feeling it, have to keep force stopping it.even when I accept the prize instead of the double because I don't want to watch the ads it still plays ad, may as well got the double... points. I'm going back to best play where I cash out at.uninstalling at the next ad. thanks for the reply, I see customer service is great. thanks. it was to many ads.

It seems like I'm experiencing the same as everyone else. I did my initial cash out for $150 no payment and no response. Did my second cash out for $100. I agree with others, I don't spend money to play games but I spent on this because the games were fun. They're making a ton of money with ads but not paying out. Had high hopes for this one but it's very disappointing. Now Aug 8th. Followed the advice given 5 times since April. STILL NO PAYOUT OR RESPONSE!! DON'T BOTHER TO DOWNLOAD!!
