The free version is SO BAD and the calendar is hard to reset up if you are off a day or something. It also wont just keep your schedule on the calendar unless you MAKE IT by going in amd hitting that the ring was inserted. If you forget the calendar is OFF. SO STUPID HATE IT, THANKS FOR NOTHING.

The notifications no longer work. I've always had my settings set to receive notifications for this app but I suddenly stopped getting them. When it comes to birth control that is enough to get a 1 star rating from me. Can't risk not having that reminder

Use this app to remind my teenage daughter to remove or insert her bc. With time management issues, and if I don't remind her, it doesn't happen on time! Life happens for me as well, and I need a reminder as well from time to time! Her mind is all over the place, and obligations, as a mom on the go, I need those notifications to help protect her against the possibility of becoming a young mother, way too early in life. Thanks, Ring Reminder!

Great app! It works perfect with my skipping 3 periods, most apps only let you continually skip not just for the 3 months your supossed to so you can lose track. So this is really nice, only downside is it hasnt been notifiying me when to change my ring, but luckily i look ahead of time and keep track of that.

Everything works fine, except the notifications. I tried this app in 3 different phones, and the notifications don't work. I tried the option "test notifications", and I got a notification saying that everything is working just fine, but then I don't get the notifications, and they are very important...

From first impression it's the best ring app. I like that you can select continuous, the only thing is that I do 3 month continuous but then still have one week off. So when it shows cycles ahead it doesn't show my week off. Need to show: 28 days then change 28 days then change 28 days then take out for 7 days And then restart the cycle. If this app could be set this way it would be perfect!

It's not my favorite. I prefer to it allow me to make adjustments to the date I remove the ring. And if I take it out before the time set. For instance, if I put it in the right day but at 2 instead of 7, I still have to wait until 7 to say I completed the task. Idk the app is just pretty much a calendar.

Used to be amazing! Now it doesn't even give me a notification to swap and I have to pay for a second reminder??? Literally renders this app useless! 100% dissatisfied since the change. Hope I don't get pregnant because this app can't even do what it was created to do. And if you want it to (possibly) work you have to pay for it. Glad they are more focused on making money than the unwanted pregnancies they are causing by doing this. 👍

I've only been using this app for a few weeks but I can tell it's going to be very helpful. The only thing is apparently notifications don't work sometimes so we'll see. There is some simple features that you can choose to pay for, I'm doing this simply so I can be able to change my color theme😂😂 other than money and notifications really good so far!

Notifications are nice. Would like to be able to put in what time I inserted/removed in the initial prompt, rather than it taking whatever time I hit the "completed" button in the prompt. Would also like to be able to include when my period starts/ends, dates of pregnancy tests, etc

So far so good.. giving it a rating so I can change the color scheme and wallpaper. The test notification came through fine and the calendaring lets you choose the standard 21/7 day cycle, a different ratio of days, or continuous use so it will cover pretty much any usage of the ring I can think of. Easy to navigate, not cluttered. Will update if I have any issues with notifications when it's time to remove my current ring and insert a new one.

So it does remind you.. but if you don't open the app and tell it you did get it, the next time you do open the app it still asks and messes up the calendar because it starts at THAT date. You shouldn't have to confirm that you got it, you should just get the notification and that's it.. because then weeks later when you open it to, say, check your schedule for vacation days vs period week, you "reset" when your period week is and it ruins the point of the app

This app is so much more reliable and far easier to use than many birth control reminder/tracker apps out there. After issues with another app caused difficulty keeping track (Spot On glitched or something and my information was wiped, so I missed a reminder) I decided to start over with this one. I love it!

The reminders don't trigger unless I open the app, which is poor design for something meant to keep track of things for you. I was hoping for an app that would send the notifications automatically once I set them up.

Have to pay monthly or yearly in order to use the alarm function. Only sends push notifications which easily get lost within all the other push notifications I receive daily. I have had this app for months and forgot I had it because I missed the notifications. Id rather set up a calendar alarm for free on my own.

I have been using the app for a few months now and sometimes it just doesn't remind me until I open the app and if I do so a couple days too late I have to turn the alarm off and it will change my cycle automatically without asking, before I can even see what the original date was! It's very annoying. You app developers should realize that is super not customer-friendly to force functions on people and than ask them to pay a monthly subscription for something so simple as a damn alarm app!

3rd reminder app in a row I've been through that has disappointed me. I think it's been a while since I thought about the ring, so I open the app, and its like "Hey, you should have removed your ring a while ago." Seriously? The whole point was for me to be notified then. Maybe it's just my phone, preventing apps from sending notifs if they haven't been open for a while or something? One way or another it's highly frustrating. Each app I've tried works the first time, then fails to notify me.

So far it seems useful? Idk I like the idea of it, I'd love If there was more information on it within the app, maybe there is I've just missed it. Maybe a chat room thing where woman can talk about their experiences with one another or read stories about what worked best for them. Just an idea. 'GLOW' the period tracker app had it and it's really nice

I just installed it and want to change the color. You have to review for that. I'll update next month if all goes well. From other reviews it seems that notifications don't always work... So as long as that's fixed I can see this being a great help! I like that I can keep track of how many rings I have in the freezer. I also like that you can set it to "continuous"! I thought I was the only person who found this magical life hack! Lol

I just started using this app a couple days ago but it seems to be good so far. The previous ring tracking app I used kept glitching. The only complaint I have is it wants you to enter the number of rings you have left which applies to the NuvaRing since you get a new one each cycle. I have the Annovera which lasts a year so I only have 1 ring but that's all I need. I'm hoping the app won't be telling me over and over that I need a refill... I can't enter "365 rings left". 🤷‍♀️
