This is a great app and very useful, bit it has two downsides: 1) Price. £9.49 a month is just too much. £5, maybe £6 at the most would be nearer what it's worth. 2) I need an app like this where I can add video clips as well as photos. 3) I need to be able to add several pictures in one go, without having to go back to the folder to add then one at a time! I will continue to subscribe for now, but I intend to keep checking for other apps that offer features closer to what I need.

ridiculous experience. 1. save the first draft and don't saved after edited. 2. dont have option for more than one legend to write. 3. i change the font but if I write something under put another font very different. 4. i needed to edit around 5 times the photos because always came back to the photos of the first draft. 5. ending up I lost one full day doing something that I couldn't save.

You. Have. Got. To. Be. Kidding! £13.50 A MONTH to use this. To add some text on an image. No free version, no 'lite' version. It is misold as a marketing app - let's face it if you're using apps like this you're likely to be a small business, self employed etc and have a very small marketing budget. So taking advantage with these ripyouoff prices claiming it to be more than it is is a joke. It is text on an image, plenty of super free apps out there, please remember this before you pay for it.

I used this for quite awhile. It started out at a reasonable cost, but once they raised the cost so much I decided to cancel and go to the free version. They now no longer offer a free version and want 20$/mo!! Found a similar app for a more reasonable price. Overall the app works well, I found it frustrating to find what I was looking for more often. Just not enough customization for the money they want.

Worked great and posted fine first time. Ever since my posts have not gone through and they are not saved so I keep having to recreate them. Very frustrating. UPDATE 12/23: I finally upgraded AFTER the fee went up to $14.99 and I still have issues. Not worth the $14.99 when you can't post - keep getting error msgs, save it as a draft and now it's not there. If it were still $9.99 I could reconcile with that for the lower price.

This app produces great posts for social media when it decides to work. There are far too many glitches for it to be worth it though. The app constantly freezes in the middle of me putting together a post and I have to back out of the app entirely and restart from the begining. For me to pay monthly for this app, that is unacceptable. Needless to say I will not be paying for it anymore if the bugs are not fixed.

Had to uninstall it. Getting rid of the free option was the game changer. being able to share it to the rest of my team so that they could review it and decide if it was worth purchasing unfortunately without having the free trial none of us are just going to drop money on an app without first seeing how it works. Even Lightroom is free that's a name brand product

I signed up to try this for 7 days. I messed around with it for 1 or 2 days, then tried to cancel and was unable to do so. Somehow these people bypassed the card that was on file and debited the full amount from my business account from a totally different BANK, unauthorized by me. I'm still trying to cancel the subscription, I go to manage my subscriptions and there is nothing there. Its Ridiculous and a ripoff. disputing this charge.

Too Expensive. The free version is too limiting. It's also unuseable with the giant watermark, while the subscription is too expensive at $15/month. I'd rather buy the designs that I want and have them vs passing a subscription for lots of designs/templates that I'll never use. I don't expect free, but I can't deal with expensive subscriptions. Uninstalled.

this app has been charging me $9.99 a month??? I don't ever remember signing up for this. And when I go to try and open the app to see what it even is, it wants me to create an account and agree to terms and conditions... which I wont do... yet this app has been somehow taking my money through automatic payments for months? This is probably how it's the top grossing app... most people probably don't even know its taking their money every month.

I found this app advertised and thought it would be perfect for me! So, I installed it. Linked my Facebook profile, group, business page, and Instagram. Once I got them all linked, it prompted me to pay for the service and start a 7 day free trial. There was nothing that I could press to exit from the payment option. Needless to say, I couldn't use it beyond this point. I have now removed it from my group and uninstalled it from my phone. Super disappointed.

I used this app free for 7 days but didn't purchase because it was too expensive and I was not ready to launch my business. After a year, I bought it in preparation for my business launch so I could finish some of the stuff I'd previously created but I couldn't edit them because a lot of those options were gone and there were less options in general. Also, was tedious looking through theit templates for replacements. I wish they had a better way to sort. I likely won't renew. Too time consuming.

Is this supposed to be a paid app only? I thought it was free, unless you chose to purchase the pro plan? I downloaded the app, began entering my info to get started . . . And got stuck when it only gives me the option to purchase one of the pro plans!! I want to use the Free version first to see if it's something I'll use often!! It refuses to let me go back a step so I can begin using the app. It is stuck on a pop-up screen that wants me to pay to use it!! Help!!

The free version of the app is a nice sampler of what could be, and the full version is awesome HOWEVER, the $15 monthly subscription is WAY WAY too expensive for an app like this. I'd gladly pay a one-time fee, or even a lower rate yearly subscription, but the recurring monthly charge made this an easy cut from my marketing budget for my business. There are other competitive, more affordable options out there.

I thought this was going to be a really great editing app, I just started my free trial and was planning on going through with it until I tried 3 different video, with different number of photos, it cut everyone to 10 seconds and has no way for me to edit the length? I'm trying to make a 60 second promo video for my music. Ripl - scratch the algorithm, let your customers have complete control of their video by length control and better transition features.

I really like the idea of this app, but was disappointment with the logistics. I would like to be able to make a post and have it auto post, but that isn't possible with Instagram. Also, it often crashes out and doesn't allow me to post. For one of my post I never got a response or verification that I had posted and it posted to Facebook 3 times. I love the options for video graphics and business features, but not sure pro is worth the money.

Not worth it unless you get the paid version Free versions are important because they show what you have to offer. The free option is so damn limited I'm not sure I can use it! That plus the BRIGHTLY colored watermark they add to your videos. I checked out the other reviews and they seem to have several issues with the subscription, so paying for it so I can get better videos doesn't seem to give me hope either. I dont mind paying. But it needs work!

You need to mention the fee to sign up in your advertising for the app. I'm Not paying $14.99 a month for something I can't see and don't know if I like. Your quote, unquote free trial needs to be atleast 30 days (not 7 days) and then the $14.99 charge should be applied if the trail has not canceled. (Like other businesses). I'm completely turned off!

Great for Small Biz!! I have been using for about a year now and have no issues. Its easy to save on your phone, connect to your social media accounts and set up automated posts. The only compliant that I have is that there isn't much editing control when creating the videos. I would like to be able to set how long each page is shown (5 seconds, etc). I would like to be able to edit the photos better too; like cropping or shrinking to fit in the video instead of using other apps to do so.

Update #3: No thank you. Moved on. I've been using the free version for years and have never felt the need to upgrade to premium. In fact, I get more notice from the right tags than ripl posts. Not pleased with the move to paid only. I'd love to see the data you have regarding how paying for your app is more beneficial because I don’t see many businesses using your app... from other reviews I'm seeing, many people are unhappy with the change.
