I’ve been using the Rivercast – River Levels App for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you all the info you need about river levels and flooding in your area. Pretty solid if you’re into outdoor activities like fishing or boating.

Here’s what you can do: you can check the current river stage height, flow rate, and whether it’s at flood stage. There’s also alerts from the National Weather Service, and you can set up push notifications to let you know when levels reach certain thresholds. It’s got an interactive map too so you can see where all the river gauges are.

Look, if you live near a river or do a lot of water-based activities, you’ll probably find this app really useful. It’s not perfect – the forecasts can be a bit spotty in some areas – but overall it does a great job of giving you the river info you need. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on the Rivercast - River Levels App. I've tried a bunch of weather and hydrology apps, and this one's pretty much the best I've found for real-time river data. And the interface is clean and easy to use, and I love the alert system that lets me know when levels are getting high. The only downside is that the forecasting isn't super accurate in all regions, but the current conditions reporting is spot on. Overall, I'd highly recommend this app if you spend time near rivers or just want to stay on top of flood risks in your area.
