Gutted is how I feel, had this app for years on previous phones, my last phone had a major crash and died, as soon as I got my new phone I installed my favourite reading app Dreame only to have lost everything. Previous books I had payed for gone, any credits gone, my library gone so I'm not impressed. Now I have carried on and I don't know why but can't even use the store to buy credits.

I loved this app. I have over 300 books on my account and got a new phone. I have my ID NUMBER ,EVERYTHING they say I need . I also have another dreame app . I have coins on both and have spent a fortune and they tell me to read on my old phone. Why do we have Id numbers ect they say you need to transfer but you can't use them. It keeps telling me my email isn't registered . I've been on both apps well over 2 years. I did not go from an ios to an Android vice versa. Patreon and eratu I guess 😭

How to get free coins is not clear. Not sure if there is a timed chapter release like Galatea app which opens a new chapter in books you are reading every six hours. Wish this app had similar. Writing level and skill varies as well book to book. Ok, but could be better.

I usually don't leave reviews for apps because I feel like the creaters don't really care about your opinion. They just give you a generic answer and don't really address your concern. Before today I would have gladly given 5 stars. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I have checked in everyday for nearly a year only to discover today that the book I am currently reading (which is the 5th book of a series) had completely disappeared.

I'm actually wondering why you have 2 similar apps on google play with absolutely no difference. I tried installing this one to see if there's any difference with the other but I found them exactly the same but I can't log in the same account. What's the purpose of this?? Did you just try to update your app but somehow doubled it?? Either way, I'm frustrated with both because their also both inconvenient. No redownload button.

I had to download the app again because the old one stopped working and I lost all of my purchased coins and points. This new app doesn't show how to get rewards or free points. I ha e to purchase e everything. The only thing that pops up are the reading points or purchase points.

I have purchased so many books, and reading many still and somehow the app got deleted off my phone. Now I have lost everything including all the money I had on the app. Also I can not find anyway to contact someone for help. These book were not cheap and now I have lost entire series. Very upset.

There are no free stories. You have to pay to read each and every chapter. I could by a a dozen books at the store compared to the price of one on here. I hate money hungry lying apps that try to take advantage of others. I don't mind buying a story what I do mind is being charged over 12x's as much as it is worth it more.

The books are wonderful but it's too expensive and the app isn't giving enough rewards you should really upgrade the reward section because all the other novel apps are upgrading the reward section except for this app take novel wolf , moon novel as example. Most of the time I have to download other novel app just because the reward isn't enough.

THIS APP IS A SCAM & WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! EACH COIN COST 1 CENT. CHAPTER COST IS AN AVERAGE OF 45 COINS. 1 BOOK CAN COST $50+. When I do the daily check-in, I no longer get more coins the more days I check in. I get no more than 15 coins total a day. The bonus points for reading 15, 45 minutes, are the only way to catch a discount. THE AUTHORS ARE GREAT, BUT THE APP IS A MONEY PIT. How about adding a lot more bonus points tasks and lowering the chapter prices?
