Bots have given this app all its 5 star reviews. It barely works and you have to pay to message people. I will never pay premium for something when the basic version doesn't allow hardly anything and barely works. It won't load images or maps. You can't see hardly anything and I'm expected to pay for a buggy app No Thanks

There are some good postings on here but because no one pays no one can see your messages. It was a waste of time, I sent so many messages to find a roommate but no reply back...the only messages I recieved were spam or scammers. I suggest to allow people to see messages sent from those who pay for the subscription. Otherwise this is a useless app.

Terrible roommate app. Everything is random. Its a cheap membership and cheaply laid out patform . They requested more details on how they can improve. Give people a trial period of at least 3 weeks. With nothing blocked. Maybe. Just maybe your clients might stick around and pay for the subscription Room if you're IT CAN'T figure it out. STOP TRYING It's a total scam and rip-off. There's no organization for any type of search location, type of housing, search by price. A Big scrambled mess

I absolutely never review apps this is the worst roommate finder app ever. After filling out a million questions it makes you pay 23.99 a month. I am trying to find a roommate and the roommates on this app all want to pay something extremely unrealistic for this area. Like 6-800 bucks a month. After a week on here I have had nobody that qualifies. no match. The rent is very realistic yet low compared to other places and I have a great place.

don't waste your time on this app. It will make it seem like it's free but then the moment you try and message someone about getting a roommate the app is going to tell you to pay for a monthly subscription that's more than four or five streaming services combined. if you ask me the developers should go to jail.

This sounds good as long as short term rentals are included

You literally cannot do anything without paying, not even message or match with people. Just make it a paid app then

I had some trouble getting started at first, and their customer service was really helpful.

they make it impossible to cancel a subscription, just a run around, money scam

I am so disappointed in this app omg!! first I was prompted to pay the I think $27.99 for the monthly access ...okay a little steep but I caved..AND .THEN!!! IT Took me to the next page where it says you must verify your ID and obtain a credit report (i think $6.99 & $33.99 or close to) and I was going to by pass this step but it wouldn't allow me to proceed without purchase!!! so again like an idiot ...I caved thinking oh this must mean its really good right?? oh no!! it SUUCCKKSS !!!!!

It doesn't allow you to delete your profile. After you click the delete your profile, it just directs you to a bad link.

Don't bother it's a complete con!!!! paying for Id checks. it's a complete scam!!! do not sign up for it.

so if you don't subscribe it seems like hey intend to block you from messageing ppl and or checking they profile I found serval ppl I'd be willing to match with in my area but every time I get done reading they bio I get kicked from the app as if there's a time limit to check some ones profile

The lifestyle quiz on my profile was different than the answers I put. I tried to edit but it didn't work. For example I said 5 on hygiene and it put 4. I made sure I was clicking the right numbers for the right questions.

I give 1 star to any app that IMMEDIATELY asks me to rate it. Like, I was just inendated with add-ons for EVERYTHING, haven't even used the app and BAM! You want me to rate you. Whoever is marketing for you should be fired. This trend needs to stop.

Avoid at all costs!! Will scam & steal your $$! They don't let you search for available places to check out the app, or let you know terms until AFTER you've paid $$. Make your ad & it's hard to see BC typing box is cut off. Then pay service. Claims free account, but it doesn't let you do anything. High price VIP offers, but once paid, you cannot ever refund, even if you just started! I couldn't find anything in my area & low price range (SSDI). Asked 4 refund, denied. Out $40!

would give zero stars. APP IS A TRAP. You cannot get any sort of contact or communication with others without constant premiums. Huge scam. i even paid way too much to verify that I exist. and then still not allowed to coordinate with any roommates. WAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DESPERATE PEOPLE. Hope you are proud of yourselves. app actively censors ways to contact the individuals you need to contact to be room mates with. do not use.

Searching and finding potential roommies worked just fine. I paid for the upgraded version to be able to message potential roomies. However, none of the messages I sent to them were delivered. If I can't contact anyone in the app, then the app is useless. A week later, I got charged a reoccuring subscription fee. Nowhere did it say I had purchased a subscription. I'd gladly pay for service that works, but this was a mix of non-functionality and unethical marketing. Save your money, don't bother.

The app is trash. You cannot add more than one location for your rent search, in fact you cannot even change the location you first put in, even under edit profile. The apps free version does not let you do anything at all except create a profile. Unless you pay, you will not be able to search, be found in others searches, contact potential roommates, check messages or even edit your original profile. Trash.
