Worst. On Samsung S21 Android, the app will NOT minimize and TAKES OVER so the only option was to restart. Also, setting up it requires an inbound text code, but since we couldn’t minimize to see the text, we couldn’t set it up! #UNINSTALLED.SAME.DAY!

We have used the service at work. Good service to use if needed. Pricey, but when you have a clogged drain and you can’t open it yourself, gotta call someone.
Beware! During the scheduling process they don’t tell you that they have a minimum fee for every service visit. In my case this meant $517 just to re-tape a water heater vent pipe!
