So here's my honest take on ROUVY: Indoor Cycling Training. I've tested a bunch of fitness apps and this one's pretty solid for indoor cycling. The virtual routes look great and give you that realistic riding experience, which I really enjoy. The social features like challenges and group rides also make it more engaging than just spinning solo. But it's not without its issues - the repetition can get old after a while and the ads are a pain. Overall though, if you're into indoor cycling and want to mix up your routine, this is a pretty good option.

Description

Been using ROUVY: Indoor Cycling Training for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you ride real bike routes around the world, kinda like a virtual cycling experience. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness apps and want to train indoors.

Here’s what you do: you can choose from tons of pre-recorded routes filmed on high-quality video, across all kinds of terrains and gradients. And there’s also weekly challenges, group rides, and training plans designed by pros – which is pretty cool. And the avatar customization is a nice touch, took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re into indoor cycling and want to spice up your workouts, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can get a bit repetitive after a while and the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it does the job and is worth checking out.
