Started out rocky with a several minute wait to be greeted and seated. Our server, Kiah, came to take our drink & food order quickly! The wrong burger was brought out but it was corrected. A manager stopped to apologize and let us know a new plate would be out soon.

Our server Cortney was great. The nicest server we've had at a local restaurant in a while. Very refreshing. She was so nice to our daughter who has social needs, and very patient. St.Augustine location

Everything works as it should and quite well actually. Except for the payment function that is. Even using the split payment function it does not handle gift cards well at all. Also once it didn't like my MasterCard either. Thankfully the store manager at #4617 was able to correct the issue. Whoever created the app must be new to programming. Just transfer the gift card balance to the account and then charge the remaining balance by other means. Who does this you ask? Amazon, Chick-fil-A, etc.

Dustin is the best waiter we've ever had. A true gentleman he is an very professional may I add. We go out of our way to this location just to see him because we know the food and service is always excellent.

The new manager was very nice! She stopped and ask how everything was! The food and service was excellent!!

They should make there app compatible with all phones. Mine is a Motorola. It left me download the app. but after the first meal. I haven't been able to do anything with it. Love Ruby Tuesday. but I can't get here as much as I'd like because I like steak. Now I can't claim rewards or get specials to earn rewards. It says my phone isn't compatible. Always wants me to do something else.

Great updated menu, staff members are prompt and on their game. We eat there 1 to 2 times a month.

food was wonderful. my server was excellent. she's been there for 19 years so she knows the tricks and trades. she's friendly. always has a 🙂 salad bar is terrific!

Ruby Tuesdays in Leesburg, FL is the best! Always great food and always great service. Lot's of choices, and we keep coming back here.

Great idea to have the buy one entree get one free or buy one, get one for $3. Helps in the times of high priced meals these days

I can no longer use it download this app.. it suddenly quit working.. I've had my phone a few years now but it has several more yrs to go b4 upgrading... plz fix this app. thanks!

Great salad bar. The Catfish entree was good. The steak Ramon bowl wasn't all that great. Noodles clumped together and were hard to separate. The building was also cold.

Sunday nights are the best nights for our visit to this location. BEST STAFF, least amount of noise, and cooler, then during the day. We use my coupon from my email!!

I have reported this issue multiple times (via email and online through website's contact us). Sometime in late February or early March, a change occured in the coding when ordering a steak (6 oz. Ribeye for example). You must now select a combo choice. One of the choices is a steak only (no upgrade), however that choice is adding an additional charge of more than $20 (that is $20+ the original cost of the steak). It is cheaper to add shrimp. Fix this.

Tiffany our waitress and bartender was just awesome! She was friendly and helped me download the app and was just nice to have someone that I felt comfortable around. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK 👍

on the zfold7, this app doesn't display the code properly when you redeem offers, making them unusable. I will update my review when this is fixed.

I went to Ruby Tuesday today and ordered dinner with my friend. The waitress never asked if we wanted a refill of our drinks which was low. I asked for a box to go and which she had already given me the bill. After she rang up the order I asked for a drink to go and I was told I should ask that before she rang up my order and she couldn't do it. The drinks are $3.99 and it is full of ice therefore I was entitled to one to go. I have never had this problem before. I'm upset

Enjoyed the grilled chicken with the peppers, onions, zucchini squash and rice, although I wish there was a bit more rice on the entree. The dish was well seasoned butter and very much worth the price. Service was the greatest. Thank you...

The app is generally decent. My complaint is that i get offers via text to my phone, however the offers arent in the app. Thus theres no way for me to use the offers. Disappointing considering they are good offers and i would use them if able.

Couldn't online pickup complete order. Tried 3 times and kept saying reviewing cart and it wouldn't go further. I had to go inside to order. I was using a $15 gift card and paying the rest on my card. Very frustrating. Google Pixel 9 with 5gUW. This review worked perfectly.
