This is really useful! I had finished maritime academy in Brazil and was working as a cadet when I found out about this app. It's since helped me a lot to remember all the rules! And it makes studying them more fun. Totally worth it! I strongly recommend it for everyone who has some kind of difficulty remembering the rules or for those who simply want to stay sharp.
