Absolutely garbage. Doesn’t keep your information. Won’t find your pharmacy again after it forces you out. Takes a while for it to find the pharmacy again. If I was a pharmacy that paid to have this app support I’d go elsewhere.

Crashes every time I try to choose a date on request refill. Kind of useless seeing as that’s the whole point of using it for me.

A few bugs need to be fixed (and I am certain they will be fixed). This is my favorite pharmacy due to Jeff and his staff, they are excellent at finding the way to save you the most!

This is such an easy way to refill all my medications at HMC pharmacy. No tying up the phones or having to wait to refill during business hours. It’s available 24/7 & very easy to understand & use.

Can’t even get past the registration step after several days of trying everything possible. Knowing how pertinent apps are– especially medically based apps– it should never be this difficult.

Would not recognize login info on the first attempt. I hope the tech can get this operating soon. It will help everyone. Still have not received a security code by text.

Sucks. Logs me out after letting me log in, saying that “session has expired” as if I didn’t just log into the app .001 seconds ago so. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it continued giving the error.

tried to register and the only available option to verify my account was text message to an old land line number. no option to change the verification method so I can’t register an account on the app.

Crashes on refill request. As soon as I hit the choose date button, the program kicks out. I’ve reinstalled and rebooted several times. No changes. I’m glad I didn’t pay for this program. But I bet my pharmacy did! I’ll ask him about it. Back to the old app we go!

KEYBOARD ISSUE. I had the same initial problem as many others — I couldn’t use the app at all because it wouldn’t recognize what I was entering for pharmacy information. Used it once and can’t use it again. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. No pharmacies come up on the list no matter how I put it in. I’ve also tried the pharmacy phone number and nothing. App sucks!!! Now I have to figure out another way to do my refills.

This app makes getting my prescriptions filled a much more convenient and easy way to send them in. You don’t have to wait on hold for half an hour or accidentally press the wrong number on the self service option. I’m sure the pharmacist and his/her techs are thankful for this app as well.

I would rank it higher if it had different and/or additional functionality/features from the website, unfortunately it does not. So, I have a hard time understanding why one would take up valuable storage space on thelr device by downloading the app, considering that it has the exact same functionality & features as the website.

But I do see that it is missing a delivery/pick up option. I love the tax option & the upload for insurance cards. I wish you could add family to your account. This way you don’t have to create more than 1 account. That’s a huge hassle for kids accounts. Also it would be helpful […]
