love the app cause im egilible for the lifeline program.

App is horrendous can’t even login

Does not open on my safetynet phone.

Keeps saying account blocked. But when you call customer service you never seem to get anyone on the phone or get hung up on

The app blocked me then signed me up to another provider . Without me requesting it . App work ok I think ..

Very confusing hard to get to didn’t understand how to do it I guess I’m just learning
