I would not recommend this app. First of all, they kept logging me out every week and then eventually locked me out for over a week. Secondly I purchased their platinum membership as they advertised that it could be used for filtering out your preferences, what they don't tell you is that you only get to choose 3 out of the possible 8/10 and that it actually doesn't even work. I want my refund for this, which they are unwilling to give

Not exaggerating when I say this is the worst dating app I've seen. it was barely functioning properly before, then they updated to make it generic, but I was fine with it, at least it worked. I got some matches and then my app got an error and wiped my profile completely, and I had to remake it with the same info (insteading of restoring my old account like every other app will do if you use the same credentials) and I lost all my matches. Just don't bother lol incompetent dev team

I bought the highest subscription diamond and have had an extremely inconsistent experience with the algorithms as of late. There's days I reset after going off the grid for months and I get nothing. This was not the case when I first joined a year ago. Additionally, the app crashes with every start now and I receive bugs left and right. I just experienced a bug where all my likes and matches got wiped after a swipe reset. I tried contacting support and it's been over 2 days with no response.

App is too glitchy. I'm getting an error message when trying to go to the "settings" tab. Issue still exists after restarting and also uninstall/reinstalling the app. Customer support is horrible. They only told me that they can't give refunds but did not acknowledge the issues I was having (and ignored my request to delete my profile). I highly recommend not purchasing anything off this app, its pretty much a scam at this point.

New update is worst thing to happen to the app. Lost all existing matches/convos, access to 90% of the users that liked my profile, can't change location outside of 100 miles anymore (gold sub), can't view profiles I liked/passed on anymore, took away the saved profile feature. New UI is absolutely terrible. All important info is listed at the bottom. Not sure why you guys felt the need to make these changes. Listen to your users &change it back to the previous version. Will cancel sub otherwise

I set my search preference to a 100 miles expecting to only get profile within my province. When I match with an individual there location ends up being 1-2k miles away. I believe minder is deciving people by manipulating profiles to show they are located within your search preference but in reality when you match with them their real location is shown on their profile which ends up being in another part of the world. For that reason I couldn't recommend this app let alone the premium features.

The app itself is very glitchy and slow. There are lots of fake profiles on here and lots of old profiles that clearly have been on for a few years. It's not worth paying for, charging way too much for an app that doesn't work smoothly. They've also blocked screen shots, so it makes it harder to reverse search the pics to make sure you are talking to the person in the pic and not a catfish.

Can't even upload a photo after enabling all permissions. Update: 10/4/23 They finally fixed the issue with the image permissions. Now that I've spent a good amount of time on this app, I can say that it's okay. But sometimes when I look at these profiles they seem to be AI generated or just straight up fake. There are real people here, but not many.

Loading issues. No algorithm. Despite paying for a Gold plan and setting my preferences and "dealbreakers" the app crashes multiple times throughout the day. I also have profiles pop up for me that clearly ignore my deal-breakers (specifically when it comes to the age range I've selected.) I understand trying to broaden horizons and that love can be found in unexpected places but sometimes I'm left feeling really uncomfortable and confused by the way this app functions.

The app is extremely laggy for me now and the undo feature should be standard! Its frustrating when you find someone who you want to like, then have it skip due to lag and there's nothing you can do about it. Like that could have been my soulmate and I missed it due to a glitch 😠I'll go down to one star since it's literally unusable for me. Everything I click needs like 10 seconds to register
