Maybe covid has had an impact but, really, not good enough. I have uninstalled the app as I haven't been able to get an answer to my question and also requested to cancel the subscription :(

So, starting today the app fails to save and whipes out items, next clicking save send or share doesn't do anything, and finally I have to keep continually resetting the app. Not a good service especially for a paid service
App is easy to use an has everything I need for my business and I love that you can attach photos directly to the invoices. Only wish they had a option to pay for yearly instead of monthly. Keep up the good work.
I have been using this app and now everytime I tried sending an invoice since yesterday it won't send.. Says something went wrong.. I'm being charged and I don't have a problem with that but I would love for it to work
Great app. Just frustrating that you can only upload a round logo. No option to upload any other shape. Also that the logo is so tiny and there is so much white space with not way of filling it.
I have been using this for my small business since June and it has helped me so much in providing my customers with invoices. I have one issue now though! I have a new business phone and I am transferring all the apps from the old one, but I realize that I cannot transfer my account to the new device. Will I lose all those invoices since all the usage was not saved to an account or backed up?
I just downloaded this app yesterday 11/18/2020. It let me do 3 invoices after that I paid for the subscription and after I paid it kept kicking me out from the app and I have to start all over and it does the same thing now. So I haven't been able to make another one since then. please fix this, thank you!
I need something better I use this invoice consistently and I have a specific note that goes to all my clients but once you insert the note you can not go in it to edit it. You would have to erase everything just to edit one word 🙄 I'm over it
I've used this app for two years now and have been pleased. Went to create a invoice today to only find out that I've lost all my past invoices for two years and it is asking me to create a new account. Very unpleasant finding!
I've been using the app for months now and I really like it. The past 2 months it's been crashing and not usable and I'm still being charged monthly. I've tried to email the support and it said that undeliverable mail. Please let me know what is going on with the application. Thank you in advance, I think I should at least get a refund for the last few months payments. Jerry
