So here's my honest take on Salesforce. I've tested a bunch of CRM and sales productivity apps, and this one's pretty solid overall. The mobile experience is polished and it's got a ton of features that sales and marketing teams will find useful. And the home screen widgets are a great way to quickly see what's going on without digging through menus. But I do find the interface a bit dated and the learning curve is steeper than some competitors. If you don't mind the initial setup, though, it's a powerful platform that can really help streamline your business on the go.

Description

I’ve been using Salesforce for a couple months now. It’s basically a CRM (customer relationship management) platform that you can access from your phone or tablet. Pretty solid app if you’re into managing sales, marketing, and customer service all in one place.

Here’s what you can do – there’s a home screen with a bunch of customizable widgets, so you can see your important reports, tasks, calendar, and more all in one place. It’s got a ton of features for working with leads, accounts, opportunities, and other sales stuff. And the mobile apps are pretty well optimized, so you can quickly access and update info on the go.

Look, if you’re a business user who needs to stay on top of your CRM from anywhere, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the setup can be a bit confusing at first and the design is a little outdated – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re in the market for a mobile CRM solution.

Honestly, the login and authentication is so cumbersome. They don't make it easy, not user friendly. Really missing the mark, I'm somewhat tech savvy, I feel bad for those who...

It is a miracle if any page you click on loads. I have 1 gig up/down and can navigate the desktop site (from that same network) very quickly - and...
