I’ve been using Salesforce Authenticator for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that adds extra security to your online accounts. Basically, you use your phone to verify your identity when logging in or doing important stuff. The app sends you a push notification and you just tap to approve or deny the activity. Kinda nice that it can use your location to automatically approve trusted stuff too. Oh, and it’s got one-time codes if you don’t have internet access. And
The main thing you do is set up your accounts to work with this. There’s a bunch of services it supports – any that use those time-based one-time password things. It’s pretty straightforward to get set up. Took me like 10 minutes to get all my important logins connected.
Look, if you’re big on online security, you’ll probably dig this app. It’s not perfect – the interface is a little clunky and the setup can be a pain. But overall it does a solid job of keeping your stuff safe. Worth checking out for sure.
