Get notification saying Buds not near you every time I put them back in case. Open app, shows accurate location details!

does not work well enough to be trusted. It hardly ever updates my kids' location and if it does I've had to refresh numerous times or clear the cache. I'm very disappointed with this app.

After sign out, uninstall and reinstall, can't seem to get app to show my location and another's. Can see some folks locations. What is the fix?

so I like the app but wish I could see a sat view of where people are as well like you can on other pass and google maps it self. there also needs to be more GPS updates done if not automatically so I don't totally to refresh where they are

kinda useless, the Google notify me when find never works. only when keep toggling it on/off. when the toggle is on and the lost device has just turned on. it won't do anything. the lost device first needs to startup. that's major concern. app also has less functionality than the website

This app is good, but I would like it to even pinpoint the exact location it is probably by use an approximeter with an arrow showing the direction as well.

this app was fantastic but since the last update it will not find anybody. It was really good then it started giving me locations from hours before. Now it just gets stuck on the updating screen loading and never finds the person

Often smartthings app finds tags or devices instantly, while the find app just keeps loading without actually refreshing the location. Even when having the tag or device on you.

Samsung Find app has been a life saver. When needed, it has tracked and found my tablet and mobile phone showing me clearly on a map where they were. I was able to remotely ring both of them and speak to the person who answered. Also, in the app, you are able to set a notification every 30, 20, 10 or every time some views your location. This is truly a valuable app.

Used the ALL the time, 4x, to try and find my earbuds to NO AVAIL! Literally stayed in every room for the duration of the search and still can't find it. I'll probably find them without this USELESS app.

app was great until last update. then it stopped notifications and recording history

update: also weekly semi weekly unnessesary notification: "this app can always access your location". As if users has alzheimers and need numerous reminders (typical authoritan app, that should be avoided). Only work when wifi or mobile internet are ON and also Location. Else it give last location when internet was on. Uselessa APP. (both samsung phones) 1 star remains

Notify when the "Left Behind" location feature fails to recognize saved locations. It is annoying when using the Galaxy Buds Pro 3 after updating to One UI 7 on the S24 Ultra; it is popping up on every use, indicating that the buds are not near you. Even after updating the apps, the app still has bugs. plz fix it on nxt updates.

Seriously, this app is useless... It almost always fails to update the location and I need to track my 8YO son's whereabouts for peace of mind. It lags almost constantly. It's presently 4:26pm and the last reading it is giving me is at 1:36pm won't update. So very frustrating.

Why does it need to know my contacts to use a tracker for my keys!? I tried hitting no and skipping it, it won't let me proceed without that vital permission. The thing can't have a constantly updating terms and conditions and expect user to agree to permissions like this is a Zuckerberg app.

best App for tracking family!!!! love it!!! my son went on his 1st vacation to the states on his own! course being the worry mom that i am... i was able to see his location. best part was when he was driving home from the airport at 1:30am I was able to check in to see his location. and I could see that he was home before he texted me he made it home safely!!! the app has a home alert you can set which is great as well!!! And a crash alert! Great app! never had any trouble with it at all!!!

the app used to be great and very helpful for finding my devices but since the updates of the app and my phone the ringtones and sounds have changed making it harder to find my phones and earbuds. I've looked for a way to change the sound but that doesnt seem to be an option which makes the app completely useless now- i can't find something i cannot see or hear

since update not getting notifications from other family members. nothing has changed since the updates in terms of setting the app required update and the Samsung phone required update both done for security reasons etc

This app is almost useless.... my wife and I can't get each other's locations about 80% of the time. It either shows a location from hours ago or it just shows that it is updating the location (indefinitely). We've gone through all of the settings and still doesn't work correctly... like I said... maybe works about 20% of the time. There has got to be a better app for this purpose.

Terribly slow, almost nonfunctional. Bring back bluetooth find. This app also does not automatically update your location. I have devices with locations that havent been updated in weeks because I haven't opened the "find append which is silly. You're telling me I need to open the app on all devices daily, to have up-to-date tracking. Ridiculous
