I’ve been using Samsung Health for a few months now and it’s a pretty solid health and fitness app. Basically, it’s got all the tools you need to track your daily activity, nutrition, sleep, and more. When you first open it up, there’s this dashboard that gives you an overview of your health stats – things like steps, calories burned, heart rate, etc. You can easily add new activities and edit your logs if you forget to track something.
There’s a ton of features packed into this app. You can record all your workouts like running, cycling, swimming, and more. And if you’ve got a Galaxy Watch, you can sync that data right to the app. The nutrition tracking is pretty handy too – you can log your meals and snacks to keep an eye on your diet. Overall, it’s a really comprehensive health app that makes it easy to build healthy habits.
Look, if you’re trying to get into better shape or just stay on top of your fitness, I’d definitely recommend giving Samsung Health a try. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky sometimes and the premium features are a bit pricey. But for a free app, it does the job and has pretty much everything you need.
