I like the app very much. Since the update, it keeps crashing and now it freezes amost every time I try to enter food. :/ Thank you! I still like the app. It's not crashing anymore but the weight calculation isn't accurate. Often, it was off by .1 or .2 ounces. Today, it was off by over a pound. I tried resetting my phone and retaking the measurement but it didn't help. I even added the weight again. Didn't help either. Please help.

The app is helpful. I like that it also syncs with my watch, so I'm able to monitor my sleep, physical activity, foods eaten, etc. I do wish there was a way to give feedback or report issues. When entering food by scanning the barcode, one product shows the wrong numbers on the nutrition label provided by Fat Secret, but on their website, it has the correct label—the app is up to date so idk why the the label is incorrect. There's no way to correct it in the app or report the issue either.

I have updated my rating after the meal tracking fix. This app works great. It's not perfect, but I consistently use it to track exercise and food. I do wish they added more courses for those of us who eat multiple meals a day or let us set that part of the tracking up based on meal frequency. I also wish it would let you pre plan your meals, let' say , 3- 5 days ahead for calorie and cab cycling. Lastly, it would be cool if it would track your workouts for hypertrophy and strength training.

what have they done?? this app used to be very accurate. now it misses tons of data on S24 Ultra and they completely removed the ability to manually add workouts?? I spent 45min on Google and YouTube. the options just arent there anymore. sorta defeats the purpose of having a watch Ultra, a top tier phone, and the fact I purchased a specific scale and blood pressure monitor all to sync with an app that doesn't work.

Sleep tracking data? The app used to show REM, light, & deep sleep. But that data is now gone. This was the main reason for using the app. I had been looking to buy the Samsung ring for a more accurate reading over the watch, but with this change, I'll be looking at different rings and ditching my watch while sleeping.

Something is severely wrong with this app's sleep detection. Shortly after the last update, the sleep data accuracy suddenly went drastically downhill. It used to be pretty accurate, but the last several nights, the app thinks I'm awake for 3 plus hours at night, but I know for a fact I was sleeping. I used to get sleep scores of 80 to 90, but the last few nights, my sleep score has been going down to 20 - 50s. This morning it says my sleep ended at 5:30 am when I actually woke up at 8:30. Why?

One feature that is missing and very much needed is the ability to customize goals based on the day of the week. So on workout days, have the goal be higher, but on rest days have it be lower, and have this predefined data also used when calculating the energy score. My gym days are intense, and always the same days each week, but the app is always either telling me I over did it or that I'm not moving enough, not adapting to very obvious paterns.

My ring is connected, and I can see that it is functioning properly, as indicated by the green and red lights when I wake up. However, my data is no longer being recorded in the SH app. I have reset both the ring and the app, but nothing has changed. When the data was syncing correctly, the app worked amazingly well.

if I would have rated this week ago it would have been five stars... I've been using this app for several years now... I learned today that when they push out updates they don't tell you everything that they changed. If you actually use this to track your fitness goals and they completely changed the calorie burn calculation, it will screw your tracking up completely. As long as you don't rely on it for that, I would say everything else is stellar.

wildly inaccurate readings on sleep, pulse, stress, exercise, basically everything it was made to do. for some reason over the last couple of months, this app has really plummeted in its reliability. it is straight up incorrect. I have other apps that I also track to verify how accurate Samsung health is and it is just way off. this is long overdue for an update. I'm thinking about deleting it all together

The Sleep part of app used to be great until 6/2/2025 when it updated and changed. Now Sleep numbers are way off from the years of benchmarks. My actual sleep time last night states 8 hours 23 minutes, however when I click the actual sleep time line, it states 6 hours and 35 miniutes. This is only 1 example, but this happens all the time now, throwing my numbers off. Ridiculous. I wish I could uninstall this version and go back to the old.

Works well. For me, this ap is helpful for keeping track of exercise and water intake. "Cycle" monitor is overly limited. Once initial info is entered, it changes its name to "fertility" monitor. This is useless to those of us in perimenopaus, tracking the opposite. I could be wrong, but the feature doesn't seem well enough developed to be helpful to the full array of people with periods. Thanks for making me feel so useful, Samsung.

This app works pretty well, but I get frustrated when activity data doesn't sync properly. For example, today, during a weight routine, the calorie counter suddenly reset to zero, so I "lost" about 200 calories. The daily activity calorie count today shows 372, but the detail below for 4-6pm totals 566. I have to wonder if this is a glitch in yesterday's update. I did restart my watch, phone, and apps, with no change.

Only decent for food/water tracking as it is not compatible with any other devices except Samsung watches, ring, phone, etc. I wear a Garmin watch and various other workout apps. Mistakenly thought SH would be ideal since it seems to encompass all of the tracking needs in one app. But, I do not carry my phone when I am working out. And since it isn't compatible with my watch or other apps to sync my info, it's pretty useless.

ever since latest update sleep tracking has been useless. all of a sudden all stages are inaccurate or missing data. I did not say anything about deleting data. I am saying all the data seems inaccurate compared to.previous data. and i see others with the same issue. so i am not sure how if I call as others have also been told that anything will get fixed for me when everyone has an issue since last update to sleep tracking. Again, my issue has nothing g to do with deleting past data.

The app lacks a sort of sophistication other fitness apps have. Cartoon animals and color coded amoeba? Nah. Oura's interface is something to envy; made for adults, not children. Next issue is with sleep tracking. No, it didn't take me 3 hours to fall asleep last night. I spent some time reading. I should be able to make this adjustment without deleting the whole sleep record. I can't. Third, data trends. Not prominent or easy to get to. Shouldn't have to port data to excel to make sense of it.

this app looks nice and has a lot of features but none of them works well at all. It does a terrible job tracking workouts, even if you choose the walking option it will randomly miss large chunks of the walk. (yes I turned off power saving mode even when I shouldn't have to) Also the food tracking is unusable. Additionally you can't edit workouts. for example you play tennis, it auto detects a walk, later you want change it? Gotta manually enter a new workout and delete the old one.

Worked great for the first year, but some time over the last few months it stopped sleep tracking entirely. I have to manually log the hours I was asleep (it even gives me the exact times! so it knows but refuses to log it?) and hasn't shown sleep stages for ages. I have done a restart, checked all permissions, everything suggested online, and it's still useless. Would have been nice to know before I blew so much money on an overpriced watch.

I dont know what they were thinking with this last update. The app is very slow and clunky now. when I search for meals, it will just show me the list of ingredients, not the actual name. Everything was divided up into multiple menus for no reason. If I want to update a meal or check what's in it, it takes me to the name change section, so I end up typing instead of scrolling. The app takes about 5 full seconds to open the search bar after I tap it as opposed to being instant like before.

I don't like the changes made to the sleep score. I wish I could delete the upgrade and go back. I like seeing how many sleep cycles I went through, restfulness, mental recovery, etc. And I PREFER seeing actual numbers. The new metrics just make it much harder to understand the readings. I don't even want to use it anymore. Which is a bummer because I used it every day. Users should be given a choice for how they want their score calculated/displayed.
