Description
I’ve been using SAMSUNG RM AGENT 2020 for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you manage retail display devices for Samsung. Pretty solid if you’re a Samsung retail partner.
Here’s what you do – you can download the Samsung Retail Mode App right from this app, which is super handy. There’s also some settings and tools to control the display devices. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s not too complicated.
Look, if you’re a Samsung store employee or work with their retail partners, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this. It’s not perfect – the app can get a little buggy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if it’s relevant to your work.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on SAMSUNG RM AGENT 2020. I've tested a bunch of retail management apps and this one's pretty good. It's got all the features you'd expect - remote device control, app deployment, settings configs, etc. The interface isn't the most intuitive but it gets the job done. Not gonna lie, the stability could be better, but it works well enough most of the time. If you're in the Samsung retail ecosystem, this is a pretty solid tool to have.
