Unable to add my Visa debit card, no matter how many times I tried, previously the card was added. Suddenly I tried to use my galaxy watch for samsung pay, it told for security reason we need to validate your account from time to time. It took me to the verification page , then while verification, it's automatically coming out from the page.. I uninstalled and re installed the application, now it's not letting me to add my card, showing error again and again.

Terrible. Worked on galaxy watch 4 and galaxy a52s 4g. Since November 21 watch will not add any cards or sync properly with the phone that has got the bank cards added. It was great when it worked. I loved paying for things without having to get my card out. Now I am so disappointed with the app. Ffs I have 2 newly released devices that are Samsung and I can't get this to work. Ok I can accept an update was insufficiently tested and a few weeks later it being corrected. 10 months is too long

I have a Galaxy Watch 3 along with a S20 FE phone and decided to try this starting a few weeks ago. It worked just okay at first, pretty annoying having to hold the watch directly over the unit, plus the pin login. A few days ago it stopped working completely and had to add my card again. From my experience, it's actually quicker and easier to get my card out of my wallet and use that. Pretty disappointing.

can't use it on my Samsung watch here in Ireland, and Via my Bank Provider....A Waste of Time having the App-,Option on my Watch.... if Apple-Pay can Do it...why Can't Samsung... pretty Much Pathetic.. and makes me want to Get Rid of All Products I have, that are Samsung Related... Deserves a BIG -10stars

Worked perfectly for almost two years, made me trust in and depend on using my Galaxy Watch for all my payments. Great experience until yesterday, when the app just did a reset and removed all my cards without any warning - I was first in line and just about to pay - and could not. Yesterday evening, I reinstalled all cards, and today, it just reset again, just as I was about to pay. Absolutely horrendous behaviour.

It seems a bit safer than Google Wallet, as it requires authentication before paying, even though you've unlocked the watch but haven't paid anything yet. But, people won't be paying attention to ads when they're in a line, hurrying to pay something. If there only was an option to disable ads, it'd be better. There are other, more effective ways to show ads without being that annoying.

I cannot verify my passwords. Every time I click on "Verify", it will bring me to the browser which then I would click "Connect". Then I will brought back to the app which I need to click "Verify". It's like a never ending loop

A big failure. It doesn't work with my ultra 5 Samsung watch. Worst experience ever with Samsung Update. It's 24th August 2025 still this app doesn't work on my ultra 5 Samsung watch. What a bad experience.

Please allow setting lock/passcode only on the payment app. I don't like to enter the pattern to unlock my watch every day. I rarely use the payment option by watch.

I do not want this app but my Samsung watch will not stop telling me to download it. I have Google wallet as my payment method and all shortcuts mapped to something other than Samsung pay, but still it will not stop. please let me disable this app and all notifications from my watch.

I've been using this app on my Samsung phone , and suddenly, it's not working anymore. I have to download the Samsung Wearable app, which I already have on my phone, but I don’t use it. So IT'S NO LONGER WORKING. DON'T INSTALL THIS APP!!!!!! I'M SO DISAPPOINTED because I enjoyed using this app, and it's the safest. 0/10

Once I got my credit cards, memberships, and even tickets loaded in, this app is really easy to use. I use my watch to pay at most places now, which is faster, easier, and safer than hauling out a card. You do have to put in your PIN to use it, but that's easy and makes it more secure. Current tech is Samsung S23+ phone and Samsung Watch6 Classic.

It seems like every time this app is upgraded (frequently) I need to reload card information. It's a pain in the butt when you're trying to use the watch app and discover that it's necessary to go through the process again on the phone, which is then synced with watch. On top of that, the app name seems to evolve as it's updated. Is it Samsung Pay or Samsung Wallet or maybe Samsung Wallet/Pay (watch) or are they all the same? On the plus side, the app is accepted by almost every vender.

Does not work well on Galaxy Watch3. The app works for a couple days and then acts like you've never opened it before. I've had to re-enter my card information at least 4 times over the last month. Also, compared to Google Pay it is much slower to open. Even when it is working on the watch, it's honestly easier and quicker for me to pull out my phone and use Google pay. Hard to believe a Samsung app works so poorly on their own premium device.

App keeps crashing and resetting. It won't load at all. I can't add a card to my Samsung watch without the app restarting or it says "Failed to connect to card issuer's server. Try again." I contacted my bank and they said there's nothing wrong on their end. They even added a merchant note to let Samsung Pay know that everything's working on their end. Please fix! Thank you!

The app forces the watch to be locked for any function, not just credit card payments. After unlocking, it still requires a PIN for transactions, meaning double PIN entry. It's slower than reaching for a wallet and credit card. Some scanners don't work with it. It's unstable; within a week, it only displayed 'stay connected to phone', blocking payments. The suggested fix is a full reset and reinstallation.

Your app sucks. My bad for not doing my due diligence after a horrible experience with Google Pay. You charge a fee to add money directly from another card. Seriously? Can't get money at the ATM, can't move money from one card to another, can't send money to my bank account. Again, my bad for not researching before leaping into something I ASSumed was like any other digital wallet. I am putting exactly enough money on your pay card to pay a specific bill and then I'll be done with you as well.

I downloaded this just to leave a review; it's awful. Every once in a while, I'll open my phone with my thumb just to have it pop up and unlock. I didn't even have the app so I have no idea how to get it to stop. Use Shop Pay or something, no invasion, good for the enviornment and package tracking. Best of all, it actually goes away when you uninstall it

App won't even start. Every time I try to start it, a circle just spins. ONCE it actually let me enter login info, then asked again, and again, sending verification codes, then it recognized my user name, but won't start again. So far, this is useless. And I see from other feedback that the issue of it wiping user data hasn't been fixed?? Come on! That's why I stopped using this in the first place. Just as well, since it won't work. And keeps telling me there is an update, but there isn't.

I've been using the Samsung Pay app on my Galaxy Watch Active2 for about three months. It has worked exactly as described from the start. I definitely like having the ability to go through a checkout line without touching the card readers. However, some stores require you to press the enter key regardless. The ability to load multiple debit/credit cards is also great feature. I just swipe left or right to find the one I want ro use, and pay! Unfortunately, not all retailers accept Samsung Pay.
