Description
Been using the San Luis Obispo Tribune news app for a couple months now. It’s basically a way to get the latest local and breaking news from the Central Coast of California. Pretty solid app if you’re into staying on top of what’s happening in your community.
Here’s what you can do – you can get real-time alerts for breaking news, read about the local topics you care about like weather, traffic, sports, and more. And there’s also a section for opinions and columns from The Tribune. Took me a while to figure out how to share stories on social media, but it’s a useful feature.
Look, if you live in the SLO area or just like to stay informed about what’s going on, you’ll probably find this app useful. It’s not perfect – sometimes the app can be a bit buggy and the ads can get annoying. But overall it does the job of keeping you connected to your local news.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on the San Luis Obispo Tribune news app. I've tested a bunch of news apps and this one's pretty solid for staying on top of what's happening in your local community. The real-time alerts and wide range of coverage for the Central Coast is great. But it's not without its issues - I've found the app can be a bit glitchy at times and the ads can get old. Still, if you live in the area or just want a way to easily follow your local news, this is a pretty good option.
